I am experiencing an issue with a consultant I purchased $79 worth of products from. I was supposed to exchange a large compact for a medium size, but despite repeated attempts through text and messenger, she did not fulfill the exchange promptly. Frustrated, I decided to mail back the products, comprising of beige 2 creme to powder, a large black compact, and an additional item. Despite giving her the option to keep the money, she mentioned she would mail the items. However, it has now been 2 months, and she has relocated to Missouri. Unfortunately, I no longer have her contact number since my phone was repaired. I have not received a package that I ordered on December 14. According to UPS tracking, it was supposed to arrive on the 19th and was marked as delivered at 3:37 pm to my front door. However, the package never arrived. I'm hoping to replace the package and receive the same products, as some were meant for customers as Christmas gifts. If they don't receive them on time, I'll have to refund them and potentially lose business and money. I realize it may not arrive until after Christmas, which could impact future sales. I am reaching out regarding a situation with one of your employees who falsely accused me of a crime, without proof in court. I am pursuing legal action against Anaja Marie Barksdale and questioning Mary Kay's hiring practices. She has made threats and defamatory statements against me, and I am seeking to clear my name. I intend to pursue this matter to ensure awareness of the individuals representing your company. While I have known many who use Mary Kay, I find it disturbing that someone like this has been employed. I am willing to provide evidence of her behavior to highlight the type of person you have working for you.

My spouse purchased two 3-ounce moisturizers, avoiding products with sunscreen. Regrettably, Mary Kay Representative Joanne sent us two 1.7 oz. moisturizers with sunscreen, contrary to our request. We feel disappointed and would like to return one. Though my husband used one, he dislikes it. The items we received were 2 MK "Timewise 3D Day Cream SPF 30 Broad Spectrum Sunscreen" with DIN [redacted]6. We find this product unappealing as it is sticky and thick, unlike what we are used to. Has Mary Kay discontinued the age-fighting version in 3 FL OZ. tubes? If that is the case, we would prefer the Hydrating Lotion we found online. This email is overdue, but I want to express my extreme disappointment because the only shade of lipstick I've worn for years, Downtown Brown, has been discontinued. I have tried a similar shade, but it turns a different color on my lips and does not last like Downtown Brown did. I am truly saddened and unsure of what to do when my last tube runs out. I am heartbroken as it feels like losing something I always trusted. Please consider bringing it back for your loyal customers.

I made a purchase on August 10, [redacted]. Unfortunately, my consultant faced issues placing the order and assured me it would arrive by 9/4/19. Recently, I discovered that the order was sent to the consultant's previous address, where the inhabitants opened and used the product. Despite this, I have not been notified by the consultant. I am seeking a full refund of $18.40 for the unused items.

I recently purchased a tube of Mary Kay foundation in the shade [redacted] bronze. Unfortunately, the tube I received was defective, with a hole near the top that caused the makeup to continuously leak out. This resulted in the loss of most of the product and ruined my makeup bag. I have been a loyal customer of Mary Kay for over 25 years and have never experienced this issue before. Typically, a tube lasts me 5-6 months since I don't wear makeup daily, but this one lasted only 2 months due to the leak.
I contacted my consultant, who said she would address the issue, but no one offered to replace the faulty product. As a long-time client, I believe it is only fair for Mary Kay to replace my foundation. I am disappointed by this experience and hope for a resolution soon.

After using a botanical cleansing gel and scrub, followed by a skin softener, I noticed pimples appearing. Subsequently, trying a pore minimizer did not help, leading me to seek advice from my beauty consultant. In an attempt to address the issue, I started using a lumivie cleansing foam. My routine now involves the lumivie cleanser, used day and night, with occasional exfoliation, followed by a skin softener and a 3D Timewise daily cream. At times, I include CC cream and honey glow finisher as well. All these products were recommended by my senior consultant. Unfortunately, my face has developed acne and numerous scars, affecting my confidence. I feel frustrated with the situation and hold the MK products accountable for these issues.

Hello, my name is Joanna. I recently joined as a consultant but encountered some challenges with a direct sales representative, Jen McClure from Minnesota. I reside in Hartwell, GA, and have been purchasing eyebrow pencils from Robert Hayes for a while now. Recently, I paid for three blonde eyebrow pencils but only received one. Due to not having change, I gave him $40. Robert mentioned a mix-up with another customer and promised to deliver the remaining two pencils to my doorstep within a few days.
