I have visited McDonald's multiple times, and unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing. Almost every time I go, my order is incorrect, missing items like napkins or serving sweetened tea instead of the requested unsweetened one with 12 Splenda, which I always specify. The Splenda packets given are also never the right quantity. The staff's attitude is also not pleasant, which adds to my frustration. I have tried calling the store at [redacted] East 4th Avenue to address these issues, but the phone rings endlessly till it eventually disconnects due to the voicemail being full. I hope this matter is addressed promptly as I am considering not returning. Additionally, I purchased four parfaits during my last visit, and they were badly made.
