I am reaching out because I lack a charger and services for my laptop. These were promised to me when I bought the laptop from Office Depot in North Little Rock, Arkansas. The salesperson assured me that there was a lifetime guarantee on the laptop. I barely used the laptop as my job soon provided me with a computer. Years later, post-retirement, I had to fall back on the laptop I purchased, only to discover that Office Depot in North Little Rock, Arkansas, could not assist me with this particular model. Can you assist me in addressing this issue promptly? Best regards, Rosemary R.
PS: Here is additional information about the laptop.

I purchased an MSI GE73VR 7RF(Raider) in November and recently encountered a manufacturer's issue. While lifting the monitor slowly, I heard a crackling sound and found the left hinge connecting the monitor to the body had cracked the chassis. Despite noticing the hinge was "stiff," I continued to open the monitor, causing the chassis to crack and the hinge to disconnect from the device. Although my laptop is still usable, the monitor is imbalanced, leaning down on the left side. I am unsure how to proceed with fixing this problem or how to claim warranty support for my device.

Dear Sirs,
I purchased my GPU in April [redacted], and everything was working well until yesterday when my screen suddenly turned green. After attempting to restart my PC, the screen went black when trying to load the GPU drivers during the Windows startup process, causing the computer to freeze. In safe mode, the PC functioned properly after I uninstalled the GPU drivers. However, upon reinstalling the GPU drivers, the same issue occurred. Despite trying various driver versions to rule out a software problem, I faced the same outcome. Subsequently, I tested another GPU, confirming that the issue lies with my R7 [redacted]. The seller informed me that the product is under a 3-year warranty and advised me to contact you. Please note that my PC is an essential professional tool for me.
Thank you for your attention,
George Z.

I'm looking for some guidance regarding the MSI MPG X570 Gaming Edge Wifi motherboard. The latest BIOS version, 7C37v17, was released on January 13, [redacted], and it claims to improve optical device compatibility and NVME device compatibility. The previous version, 7C37v16, released on November 7, [redacted], improved system boot-up time and PCI-E device compatibility.
I'm hoping that updating to the latest BIOS will address any Radeon crashes and that using the latest Radeon drivers will further resolve issues. I've researched how to flash the BIOS safely but I'm still hesitant. I've watched tutorials and understand the process, but I would like to know if anyone has updated the BIOS on the MSI X570 Edge Wifi motherboard successfully and if there were any complications afterwards. Should I take the plunge and update my BIOS?

I misplaced the activation key for my MSI GE70 2PE Apache Pro Model [redacted] from [redacted]. After upgrading to Windows 10, the laptop lost its original Windows 8.1 version, causing hardware recognition issues. I am hoping to obtain the original Windows 8.1 or a matching activation key from MSI for my specific build. It's disappointing to see this fantastic laptop's performance hindered by this problem. I cherish my laptop and urgently need a solution.
