I am seeking assistance in tracking and banning the account responsible for the theft of my Diamonds. I am eager to recover my stolen Diamonds and would appreciate any help you can provide.
My Facebook and Moonton accounts are linked to my Mobile Legends account, and I have already tried signing out of all accounts. However, I am determined to trace where my Diamonds went and have the account responsible banned. I am eager to have my Diamonds returned to my Mobile Legends account.

I attended the [redacted] event in [redacted], and I was supposed to receive promotional diamonds that could be used as coupons in the game. However, mine are not working. The store does not show them in the coupon list like I saw others do on YouTube. I tried searching online to fix the issue, but I couldn't find any solutions. Since the event is temporary, I am concerned. It's frustrating that I cannot use them while others can. Although it's free stuff, I feel disappointed because I am missing out on something I didn't even pay for. It's even more frustrating because the game encourages spending real money to get more promo diamonds, making it not entirely free.

Hello, I am seeking assistance with logging into my account. I typically utilize secondary security measures to protect my account, such as email verification. However, I have encountered an issue as of yesterday. Despite attempting to log in, I am no longer receiving the necessary email verification code associated with my MLBB account. I have exhausted various troubleshooting methods, including uninstalling and reinstalling the MLBB app, clearing cache and cookies, and even removing and re-adding my email account. Unfortunately, the email verification from MLBB is not reaching my inbox. Any guidance on how to regain access to my account would be greatly appreciated.

I am disappointed with the new [redacted] party box event. I paid for spins in the epic bundle, where it was stated that an epic skin is guaranteed at the 5th draw. Despite spinning 6 times, I did not receive the epic skin promised. Instead, I got 1 special and 5 basic skins. This is frustrating as I spent real money on this and expected to receive what was advertised. I kindly request the epic skin I am owed since I have spun 6 times without getting it. After clicking on a link related to ML, my account was fine for a few hours. However, a friend informed me that someone had played using my account without my knowledge, even selecting a hero I don't usually play. When I checked, I was prompted to create a new account and was unable to switch back to my original one despite it being linked. I am reaching out to Moonton for assistance as I suspect my account has been compromised. Losing access to my account due to hacking is upsetting after putting in so much effort. Please help me resolve this issue so I can continue enjoying the game without having to resort to extreme measures.

While playing a game, it suddenly lagged, prompting me to exit. Upon trying to reopen the app, it failed to launch. I proceeded to clear the app's data, a step I usually take when troubleshooting. Unfortunately, after clearing the data, I found myself logged into someone else's account, to which I have no access. When I attempted to switch back to my account, a verification code was requested via an old email linked to my Moonton account, a mail I no longer have access to as it was created for leisure years ago. It seems Moonton may have automatically detached my Facebook account from my ML account, hence the need for a verification code from the inaccessible email. Hi, I wanted to share my experience with the KOF event. To ensure getting the KOF skin, scoring bingo is crucial. Initially, I believed that the first bingo would reward me with Iori Yagami. Excited, I purchased diamonds to participate, but unfortunately, I ended up with the Gusion 'K' skin instead. It was disappointing after eagerly waiting a year for this event. Getting a different skin than the one I aimed for felt like a waste of time and resources. Is there a way to reverse this or exchange the Gusion 'K' skin for the Iori Yagami skin that I intended to obtain? My main motivation for participating and using diamonds was to acquire the Chou Iori Yagami skin. Feeling quite disheartened by this unexpected outcome.

I am experiencing an issue with the Grand Collection event in Mobile Legends regarding Lings' skin. I have diligently paid daily using money, tokens, and Aurora crystals to progress through four whole sections. Despite the game showing me that I received Fanny's Campus Youth skin, a glitch occurred during her intro playing, displaying the Collector and draw logos. When I checked, the skin was nowhere to be found, and the fourth section I completed had reset. I have sought assistance through in-game support multiple times, but they insist I did not receive the skin without addressing the bug problem. This situation has left me frustrated as my goal was to acquire Lings' skin, but I've refrained from further attempts due to the unresolved issue and reluctance to repay for the reset fourth section.

Hello, I installed Mobile Legends last week and attempted to create a Moonton account. However, I mistakenly entered the wrong email address as '[redacted]' instead of '[redacted]' I am aware that a validation email is sent to complete the account creation process, but due to the incorrect email, I did not receive it.

My account was hacked once again. It happened in June [redacted]. I created the account in early [redacted] with the ID [redacted]6 on server [redacted]. The reason my account got hacked was that I didn't link it to my Moonton account. The hacker attached their own Moonton account and took mine in June [redacted]. I usually played on a Samsung J5, which belongs to my mom. In December [redacted], I bought a new phone, the Vivo S1, and transferred my account there. However, in June [redacted], my account was hacked again, and I felt lost without anyone to help. I recently saw a tutorial on TikTok on recovering hacked accounts and followed the instructions by emailing [redacted] After sending the requested receipts, I managed to get my account back on June 24, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the next night, June 25, [redacted], I couldn't log in again. It directed me to create a new account. Despite following all instructions from the email, my account disappeared a day later. I'm reaching out to Moonton to assist in retrieving my account as I have proof of purchase. I've been playing since [redacted], and this game means a lot to me. I don't understand why some people choose to steal from others. I hope for your help in resolving this. Thank you.

My account, username: Kaledioscope, is linked to the American server despite my proximity to Asia rather than America. This causes significant lag and high ping during gameplay, which was not an issue before the recent season update. Prior to this change, I typically played on the Australian server without experiencing any lag. I'm confused as to why this switch occurred with the new season.

My account was hacked, but thanks to Google Games, I recovered it. I changed my Gmail, Facebook, and Google accounts, but I forgot about VK. The main issue now is that when I returned after a break, my account had a new name in a different server. I used to be in the US server no. 1, but now I'm in the Asia server. However, recently, when I attempted to recharge three times using the Play Store and my airtime, I received a message stating the payment was unsuccessful due to insufficient airtime, yet my balance was deducted, and I did not receive any in-game items or purchase receipts. Despite contacting Moonton via email multiple times, I have not received a response. I attempted to sell my account for the second time but unfortunately fell victim to a scam again. I used a middleman for the transaction, but it turns out they were both scammers. They asked me to delete all proof of purchase once they had my information because the account was recently retrieved. Fortunately, I still have some copies of the proof of purchase from July 17, [redacted], and our conversation where they admitted it was a scam. The scam buyer even messaged me claiming they contacted the game developer to prevent me from retrieving my account after the transaction. This account sale was meant to help with my mother's medication, so losing it would be devastating. I hope for assistance in resolving this issue.

I had a disappointing experience with the Account Appeal Team. I sought help to appeal a ban due to a VPN on my phone, which I didn't realize was against the rules. Initially paying $[redacted] for an appeal, I was later asked to pay an additional $40 to unlock my account as a VIP, along with purchasing collector skins for $35, totaling $75. After the payments, my account was accessed, and [redacted] of my [redacted] diamonds were spent without my consent. Now, they are asking for more money for email transfer and account changes, with an additional $75 request for unlocking my account again. After refusing to pay more, they threatened to retrieve my account. This situation is frustrating, and I hope to have it resolved promptly.
