I'd like to express my disappointment with my recent order from MLB Shop. I was expecting to receive a KC Royals player’s weekend jersey and an Atlanta Braves pullover jacket, but instead received two Dallas Cowboys items. I contacted Customer Service through Chat and spoke with Amanda but was unable to have the correct item shipped as the Braves pullover is now out of stock. Despite mentioning these details, no discount or future compensation was offered, and I would have to pay full price and shipping again if I wish to reorder the item. This experience falls short of the customer service standards outlined on your website, and I do not feel valued as a customer. I hope this issue can be resolved to restore my trust in shopping with MLB Shop in the future.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding a recent jersey order mix-up that has left me in a difficult situation. A few weeks ago, I placed an order for a Twins jersey from your online store but realized immediately that I had selected the wrong number. I contacted customer service to cancel the order, hoping to rectify the mistake promptly. Despite being assured that I could return the jersey upon receipt, the subsequent handling of the situation has been confusing and unhelpful. I received conflicting information from different representatives regarding the return process, leaving me unsure about how to proceed. Given my current financial circumstances, exacerbated by losing my job due to COVID-19, I am unable to keep an item I no longer wish to have. I kindly request a refund for the jersey order in question and guidance on how to return it. This situation has caused me undue stress, and I hope for a swift resolution. Last night, when my grandson opened the Astros remote control car I gave him for Christmas, it didn't work properly. Instead of turning, it makes a loud grinding noise and the wheels are stuck. Seeing his disappointment broke my heart. I tried looking online for an exchange, but they are sold out. He did love the Tees and watch, though. You can verify this by checking my purchase history using my PayPal [redacted] Since there are no replacements available, I'm not sure what to do next. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I am having trouble connecting with a live agent at the MLB shop as all the phone numbers I found online direct me to a digital assistant. My issue requires more assistance than a robot can provide.
I placed an order for a cap on June 13, but unfortunately, it does not fit and I need to return it. I am facing difficulty because I do not have the original order number or email confirmation to locate the order. I only have my billing information and address. This information is not sufficient for the digital assistant to help me.
I am at a standstill as I cannot proceed with the return without speaking to a live agent. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hello, I am reaching out because I am experiencing issues accessing my MLB Shop account. I keep receiving a "login failed" message on the screen, even after disabling the pop-up blocker on the website.
My main concern is related to an order I placed for a jersey on your site. Unfortunately, I am unable to check the status since I am locked out of my account. A few days ago, when I could log in, the jersey I ordered appeared to be in the process of preparation for shipment.
