I am disappointed with my Luvs diapers. I bought them at my local Walmart for $21.99 per case, but halfway through the first case, they started leaking. Although I noticed a small rash on my child's bottom, I didn't think much of it as the cream helped. However, upon using the second case, the rash worsened to the point where my child's skin is cracking and it's painful for her. Several other children we know have had the same issue with these diapers. I am frustrated and just want a refund because this situation is unacceptable.

As a mother of five and a devoted member of the Luvs brand fan club, I want to take a moment to express my appreciation for consistently creating such high-quality products. Over the years, I have been impressed with the reliability of Luvs diapers. However, I recently encountered an issue with a box of size 4 diapers that I purchased three weeks ago at my local Walmart ([redacted]). After observing the filling coming out of several diapers from the same batch, I noticed it was not due to saturation but rather a weak spot in the product. Although this was a new experience for me, it will not sway my loyalty to Luvs.

I have always used LUVS diapers for both of my boys. However, the current box I purchased from Walmart has a defect. About halfway through the first sleeve, I noticed an unsealed seam causing the beads or stuffing from the diapers to spill out every time my son pees. It's become frustrating as this issue is present in every diaper from the box. Changing my 1.5-year-old under these circumstances is challenging, and I am constantly worried about him grabbing the loose stuffing. If it was just a couple of diapers, I would have overlooked it, but it's happening consistently. I am hoping to receive a new case of diapers without this problem.

I purchased a pack of Luvs diapers on Monday and noticed some changes. They seem to have a wetness indicator now. The diapers I bought seem to be leaking from the legs, something I've never experienced with Luvs before in the 13 months I've been using them for my baby. I hope this pack is defective. I've had to clean up after leaks multiple times now and even resorted to buying a different brand out of distrust. I'm concerned and would appreciate if you could reach out to discuss this issue. I purchased the box of Luv diapers, size 4, with 88 diapers. While changing my son, I noticed he was uncomfortable and irritated. Upon inspection, I found the top part of the diaper was rough and bumpy, causing his skin to bruise and bleed. I was upset that the diaper was causing harm instead of being comfortable. I have pictures for proof and some unused diapers left. I will no longer use Luv diapers and want to inform other parents about my experience. I plan to switch to Pampers moving forward and believe action should be taken to address this issue and my son's discomfort.

Hello, my name is Hailey Garcia from Dallas, Texas. I am reaching out because in my city, there is a significant shortage of diapers. This has led struggling mothers to resort to using towels, paper towels, and other substitutes. This situation has put a strain on many families, including mine. My nieces and nephews require constant bathing, disrupting their routines and consuming a lot of water and resources. Due to financial hardships exacerbated by the shortage, my family cannot afford to buy diapers and wipes. Additionally, we are hesitant to risk exposure by meeting with others to obtain these essentials. I hope you can find it in your heart to assist my family during this challenging time. We bought a pack of size 3 LUVS diapers, trying the brand for the first time. Upon using them, we noticed fine scratch lines and occasional redness on our baby's skin in the diaper area. Our baby seemed uncomfortable, grimacing, crying, and trying to remove the diaper. After using several diapers and applying cream, we realized the Velcro tabs were causing the issue. The material was too rough and abrasive if not secured perfectly, leading to skin irritation. Discontinuing the use of LUVS resolved our baby's skin problems. Perhaps LUVS could consider making the Velcro tabs softer for baby's comfort.

My name is Ashley Poole, and I would like to report an incident regarding a pack of Luvs diapers size 5 purchased on Friday, September 8, [redacted] from the nearby Giant store. Typically, I buy size 6-7 for my almost 2-year-old child, but they were out of stock. I usually pull out a diaper as needed, directly from the pack. Today, September 9, [redacted], at 1:11 pm, while changing my son's diaper, I found two large pieces of glass that fell out of the diaper package. This was alarming as I had been using them since yesterday. I checked my son to ensure he was unharmed.
