I lost access to my 3-year-old visitor account. I needed to switch my progress from my Facebook account in Jurassic World: The Game to my visitor account for safety reasons, as my visitor account had more progress. I contacted customer support to delete my Facebook account. However, after doing so, when I tried to log into my visitor account, a new one was created. I am concerned that I may have lost all my progress or that the wrong account was deleted. I am now looking to recover my account, but I only played as a visitor and don't have a username, ingame ID, or support key. The only details I have are that my level was 53, my current mission was to collect 2,[redacted],[redacted] coins from dinosaurs, and to buy and place 5 structures. I can provide more information if needed. Please advise if it's possible to recover my account through logs or any other means in case the wrong account was deleted.
