I haven't received my monthly statement. As a first-time user, I purchased a stove over a month ago. I've been unable to reach anyone; the automated line states my card is invalid. I found that my zip code is incorrect in my account, making it impossible to proceed with payment. Can someone provide a number to speak with a live representative? I am extremely frustrated and just want to make a payment.

I recently purchased a new refrigerator, dishwasher, range, and microwave from Lowe’s. While they delivered most of the appliances, the microwave is set to arrive on Friday. Unfortunately, the refrigerator seems to be leaking water, causing damage to my hardwood floors. I am quite distressed about this situation and feel it needs urgent attention. I tried to address the issue with Nick, but he mentioned that Julio is the only one available to assist. However, there is uncertainty about when Julio can come. As I am not currently on-site, the water remains unattended, and I am unsure how to shut it off. I believe swift action is necessary. It would be appreciated if Nick could attend to the matter promptly since Julio's availability is uncertain. The damage is a concern, and I hope to have it resolved or have someone address it as soon as possible.

My spouse and I own a KitchenAid dishwasher purchased from Lowe's a couple of years ago along with an extended warranty. I am currently checking the dates of the purchases and warranty status. My spouse is abroad for a week, and I am addressing an issue with the dishwasher's front door, possibly a broken spring or hinge. She has discovered two MY LOWES account numbers that I can share. Her name is Linda D.-M., and mine is Lindsley W. The appliance is located at our residence at [redacted] Lake Shore Drive, Oakland, MD [redacted].

I seem to have received duplicate Advantage cards, possibly even three. I've been a cardholder for a long time, but due to physical limitations, I can't always handle matters in person. I regularly inform customer service about authorized users and those who can pick up items. However, dealing with the automated systems is becoming very frustrating. I urgently need to resolve the card duplication issue and have the extra cards removed. This will help me manage my bills and transactions more independently without requiring constant assistance. Please, I'd appreciate the opportunity to speak with a representative directly. I want to ensure only one card remains active under my name, removing any associated email addresses or phone numbers. The system seems to indicate these accounts are already active, leaving me confused. I request clarity before engaging in any further online or phone transactions.

I am frustrated. I attempted to apply for the new Advantage credit card but encountered issues. Initially, I input my last four (SSN) and cell number as guided. After providing the confirmation code, the application requested my cell number again but indicated it sent a confirmation code to my home landline number ending in [redacted]. Restarting the application was not possible. Consequently, the hard credit check caused my credit score to decrease by four points. Despite contacting the [redacted] number, I received instructions to enter an account number I do not possess. I am extremely upset and feeling helpless. I am unable to complete the application, and the inability to speak with a representative is exacerbating my frustration immensely.
