I made my order on 4/24/[redacted]. I spoke with Jayzelle and Sara, who informed me that the shipment details were sent to Fedex on 4/26/[redacted]. The order was supposed to be shipped on 4/25/[redacted]. I have submitted multiple tickets regarding this issue but have not received any information on the package's whereabouts. If I do not receive the package, I request a full refund. I am a loyal customer and expect to be treated accordingly.

I am experiencing difficulties in obtaining a refund for fashion merchandise that never arrived. The LovelyWholesale tracking system indicates the items were delivered, but I have not received them and have not been able to reach a live representative to resolve the issue. If the items were shipped and delivered to the incorrect address, I request my refund promptly. Currently, my trust in LovelyWholesale and its affiliates is waning, and I am considering legal action if the matter is not resolved. I seek clarification regarding your agency's involvement with them and any assistance you might provide. It has been nearly four months since the incident, and I may have to involve an attorney.

I am contacting regarding missing items from my recent orders. I have not received around 15 to 20 items from various orders I placed with your company. I have reached out to your customer service about this issue, and I am disappointed with how my orders have been handled. I expect to receive all the missing items as soon as possible. Some of the missing items are my favorites, and some are from canceled orders or incomplete confirm orders. I received a package with clothes bundled together with black tape, which was unprofessional. It's frustrating to not receive complete orders despite paying for them. I have purchased items like a leopard jumpsuit, white pants, green dresses, and jogging suits for my family that have not arrived. I have been a loyal customer and would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I recently made a purchase from Lovely Wholesale for five outfits totaling $75.98 with an additional charge of $3.04 for expedited shipping. However, it has been two weeks and my order has not been processed or delivered. I am extremely dissatisfied with Lovely Wholesale as there is no way to contact a live person for assistance. I am Ida White. In October, I purchased seven clothing items from this company. As of December, I have yet to receive the packages I paid for. The tracking shows they have been stuck in transit in Greenville, NC, for three months and have not reached my postal box at [redacted] Powellsville, NC, [redacted]. I would appreciate receiving the items I ordered. However, if they cannot be delivered, a refund of the amount paid would be suitable. Thank you.

I made a purchase from Lovely Wholesale on 5/7/21. After receiving the order, I encountered sizing issues and requested a return for some items. Despite the lack of a functional phone number, I reached out via email and after a series of exchanges, agreed to return 8 items. I shipped the package back, spending $25 for postage and opting for a signature upon delivery. The package reached them on 6/8/21 at 4:50 pm. I have been corresponding with Cici from Lovely Wholesale <[redacted]> and have not received any response as of 6/15. I fulfilled my part by sending back the items and covering the shipping costs. My only desire is to receive the refund owed. I vow to avoid future transactions with this company due to the negative experience.

I recently took advantage of the promotion on your website offering four items for $25. I selected a total of eight items, which should amount to $50 based on the deal. I also added an item for $18.99, $21.49, $24.49, and $18.49. After tallying everything, the total comes to $[redacted].00, with an additional $10 for sales tax, totaling $[redacted].00. I had an 8% coupon that I applied to the purchase, reducing the total. However, I was charged an extra $50. I enjoy shopping on your site for my family's clothes and would like this issue resolved promptly. I sent a message the same day I noticed the overcharge but have not received a response. I placed an order with Wholee Prime on 13-12-21 using a card that is no longer active. The phone I used for the order has malfunctioned, wiping out all my data including the order details. Despite this, they claim they received no order, then say delivery attempts were made, which I never received. My address and email have changed. The new email is [redacted], and my current phone number is [redacted]2. I wish to be refunded or have my order processed promptly. Unfortunately, I can't provide the order specifics. My old phone erased everything, and I can't access my old email [redacted] I've updated my contact information and bank card. I request the reimbursement to be directed to the same bank account linked to the old card I initially used.

I have been waiting for my order for about three weeks. I received a message saying it was out for delivery, but it never arrived. After checking with the local post office, they claimed it was delivered, but not to my door. Living in a large apartment complex, mistakes happen when the mail is not correctly delivered to the right door. This has occurred previously with other deliveries. Thankfully, a kind neighbor found it and brought it to me. However, not everyone is honest, and items can easily be stolen. I want this issue resolved promptly as I am now seeking a refund due to someone else's mistake.

I placed an order on 12/03/[redacted] with the expectation of receiving it between 12/15-12/18. However, the item has not arrived yet despite my efforts to contact them via email. Their responses regarding the delivery date keep changing as initially, they mentioned it would arrive within a week, then they assured me it would be here before Christmas, which is when I actually need it. Now, they seem uncertain about the delivery date.

I was supposed to receive my order yesterday, but I never did. I ordered a cartoon hoodie sweat suit, a sweat pair of cartoon pants, and another pair of gray sweatpants. It was supposed to arrive by 10/30/23 at the latest. My email address is [redacted] The tracking information is very poor as it seems the package may have gotten lost in China since it's not showing that it even left the country.

I recently made my first order which included 3 or 4 outfits. Unfortunately, I only received the jacket from the Barbie skirt set and not the skirt itself. The other items fit perfectly and were delivered fine. I have now placed a second order for 6 or 7 outfits. I am hoping that the black and white Barbie skirt can be included in this new order I placed last week. Additionally, I would appreciate it if my new order could be expedited as my previous order arrived 2 to 3 days later than expected.
