LogistiCare Customer Service Issues

I have a complaint regarding Logisticare. On 2/2/[redacted] at 2:38, I received a phone call from a driver claiming to be picking me up. Despite informing him that I had already been picked up and that he must have the wrong person, he insisted I got into the wrong car. My full name was correct, and I was promised a text message with the driver's details which I never received. The initial complaint was about the pickup time, and I missed my important appointment at 1:20 due to this issue. I have tried calling multiple times without success. I demand accountability and wish to file a complaint against Logisticare. This is a recurring problem, and I believe those responsible should face consequences. My contact number is [redacted]. Since June [redacted], I have been submitting mileage reimbursement forms and have only received a small amount back. Currently, they owe me for 14 to 16 pages of reimbursement.
