I have a complaint regarding Logisticare. On 2/2/[redacted] at 2:38, I received a phone call from a driver claiming to be picking me up. Despite informing him that I had already been picked up and that he must have the wrong person, he insisted I got into the wrong car. My full name was correct, and I was promised a text message with the driver's details which I never received. The initial complaint was about the pickup time, and I missed my important appointment at 1:20 due to this issue. I have tried calling multiple times without success. I demand accountability and wish to file a complaint against Logisticare. This is a recurring problem, and I believe those responsible should face consequences. My contact number is [redacted]. Since June [redacted], I have been submitting mileage reimbursement forms and have only received a small amount back. Currently, they owe me for 14 to 16 pages of reimbursement. Despite having people help me, they keep requesting the same forms to be faxed over without any progress on my case. My name is Wendy Belka, and you can reach me at [redacted].
