I subscribed to Slacker Premium on Saturday, 8/25/18 for $9.99 per month. However, I decided to cancel my subscription. I did this by logging in, accessing Account Settings, then Manage Subscription. After selecting CANCEL, I received a confirmation that my Premium account was canceled and I was downgraded to the free "Basic" subscription. But upon checking later, my membership was reverted back to Premium. I am facing difficulties canceling the Premium membership. How can I resolve this issue? I am having trouble canceling my Slacker Radio Premium membership. What steps should I take?

This morning I signed up for a Premium Slacker Radio subscription at $9.99 per month. After realizing I didn't like it, I tried to cancel it through my Account Settings and received a confirmation from Slacker that it was canceled and I was downgraded to the free "Basic" subscription. However, each time I checked my account settings, it kept showing me as having a premium subscription, not canceled. I sent them a detailed email but haven't received a response yet. Even after logging out and back in, the issue persists. I want to ensure my credit card information was deleted and that I won't be charged. Slacker acknowledged my email and said they are working on it, promising a response in 24-48 hours. If I don't hear from them by tomorrow morning, I will follow up with them.

Hello, I hope you can assist me. I have a premium account with you which I've had for a while, but currently, I'm facing an issue. I shared my email and password with someone I was involved with to access some playlists. Following a falling out, I've changed my password, yet this person continues to use my account against my wishes. Despite asking them to stop, they have been disrespectful. Upon acquiring my Tesla Model 3, I was introduced to Slacker as the default music streaming service. As a devoted listener of Classical music, I appreciate Slacker's selection of pieces and performances. However, I have noticed a significant drawback in the service - the lack of complete works being played. While this may not be a concern for casual listeners, dedicated fans like myself would greatly appreciate hearing entire sonatas, symphonies, quartets, etc. I believe that incorporating full works into the programming, at least 50% of the time, would enhance the listening experience for classical music enthusiasts. This adjustment would not only benefit the audience but also simplify the music selection process for Slacker's programmers. I urge Slacker to consider this suggestion, as I believe it would resonate with many classical music lovers.

On April 19, [redacted], Slacker Radio presented an offer on my cell phone for a one-year subscription at $9.99, promising unlimited skips, no ads, and high-quality audio. I promptly purchased the subscription and have proof of payment on my Mastercard statement. However, since LiveXMedia acquired Slacker Radio, I noticed changes. Despite enjoying LiveX (formerly Slacker) Radio, I am now experiencing ads and questioning the audio quality. I believe LiveXMedia should honor the terms of the subscription I paid for. I kindly request LiveX to adjust my cell phone audio settings as per the original agreement from April 19th. I was billed $9.99 by Slacker Radio via PayPal, despite cancelling my subscription. I had briefly used their services last year but cancelled on 11/16/19, acknowledging I wouldn't get a refund. However, I was charged on a recent date. After contacting them, they referred me to their no-refund policy and suggested I had a new account, which I did not. I never received a cancellation email as they claimed. I solely received billing notices from PayPal. Should I dispute this charge through PayPal and stop dealing with Slacker Radio's poor customer service? All I want back is my $9.99 from Slacker Radio, also known as LiveXLive.

About two months ago, I attempted to cancel my Slacker Radio subscription. Despite multiple attempts through email and chat on the website, I was assured that my subscription was canceled. However, after checking my recent bank statement, I discovered that I am still being charged $3.99 per month. This situation is frustrating as I was promised the subscription was canceled. I am seeking immediate assistance to resolve this issue. I will continue my efforts to stop these charges and escalate the matter to someone who can address it. This experience has left me extremely disappointed with Slacker Radio, as the service has failed to meet my expectations.
