Hello, I hope all is well with you! I attended the Spoon Grizzly Bear and Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith show at Blue Hills recently, which was a highly anticipated event for my friend and me. He even flew in from LA for the show (and to visit family). We were particularly excited to see Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith perform as we both share an interest in modular synths, and she is currently our favorite artist in that genre. Unfortunately, her set was canceled, which was disappointing for us.
We understand the challenges faced by the organizers and respect their decision. However, if there is any possibility for a small gesture of goodwill, such as band merchandise, music, a partial refund, or a ticket to another show at the venue, we would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for organizing excellent shows, and despite the cancellation, this event could have been my favorite concert if not for the rain. I appreciate your attention, and I look forward to your response!

I bought 3 tickets for Shania Twain at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY for $[redacted] each in April. The price has now dropped to $60 per ticket for closer seats in the same section. I am seeking either a $49 refund per ticket or $[redacted] in total, or an upgrade to sections F3, F5, or F8 to adjust for this price difference. Ticketmaster advised that only the promoters can assist. My order number is 19-[redacted]. Please update me on how this can be addressed, as the price gap is substantial. Additionally, there is a promotion until July 8th, where buying 1 ticket gets you another free, further reducing my original cost. I look forward to your prompt response.

Hello,
I'm unsure whom to contact but needed to reach out. On Monday night, I took my two daughters to the Pink concert. They had been asking for months, but I couldn't afford the tickets. When she released $[redacted] tickets near the stage, I bought them without hesitation. Upon arrival, we laughed at our seats but were excited to be there. Just before Pink came on stage, security offered us a seat upgrade to the front. I was shocked and extremely grateful! I cannot thank the security person enough for this gesture. It may seem small, but it meant the world to me! Thank you, thank you, thank you! The three of us had an unforgettable night thanks to that one person.
Warm regards,
Nichole

I placed an order for a Harry Styles Sweatshirt on August 16, [redacted], with Live Nation Merchandise. I got a confirmation email with #[redacted], but I have not received any updates on the shipping status. According to the FAQs, the shipping is supposed to happen 3-5 days after ordering, and it has been 11 days now. I need this sweatshirt for a birthday gift this weekend and I'm concerned about the delivery. The payment for the order is already on my credit card statement. I've tried contacting customer service online with no success. I didn't create an account when placing the order, so I'm relying on the confirmation email for any information. Can you please provide insight into the shipping details or offer tracking information? Thank you. - R.J. [redacted]

Customer Service,
My brother and I purchased tickets to the Geoff Tate concert. In early January, I contacted Live Nation for a refund, but they indicated that the deadline had passed.
Given my Stage 4 cancer diagnosis, I cannot risk attending the concert. Despite receiving vaccinations, I want to avoid any potential health risks. Considering my numerous medical appointments in December, attending the concert was not a priority. It has been a month since I raised this issue with my brother, and we both agree on seeking a refund.
The concert's rescheduling to November does not alleviate my concerns about safety amid the ongoing pandemic. Uncertainties regarding the vaccines' effectiveness further reinforce my decision.
I would appreciate your guidance on obtaining a refund.
Sincerely,
G

I have been attempting for the past two days to determine if it's possible to exchange my tickets that were rescheduled for a different date and venue. Unfortunately, we are unavailable on August 7th. After chatting online with a representative who initially mentioned it would not be an issue, I got disconnected. When I reconnected, another representative pretty much said, "tough luck, sell your tickets." I inquired about the process to sell them and was directed to use a third-party vendor. Requesting to speak with a supervisor resulted in the chat being ended. I am extremely frustrated with Ticket Master/Live Nation for their lack of assistance, absence of a contact phone number, and the unusable tickets. As I tried to list them for sale by entering the barcode, it indicated they were not valid. Despite spending hours over two days seeking help or a resolution, I have not made any progress. I am unable to even file a complaint. I am at a loss for what to do next.

I purchased Chris Stapleton concert tickets for June [redacted] in California and received a refund. I then bought tickets for the rescheduled concert in June [redacted], which got postponed to June [redacted]. Despite Live Nation confirming they refunded me for the June 18, [redacted] concert, they referred to the [redacted] refund, not the one for this year. I reached out to Live Nation for the $[redacted].52 refund for order #[redacted]6, but haven't received a response. They also rescheduled the concert for June [redacted], but I prefer a refund rather than waiting for another potential cancellation. I hope you can assist me in getting my money back. Thank you.

I purchased four tickets for the Alanis Morissette concert in West Valley City (Salt Lake City, UT) before the pandemic. The concert was postponed twice this year, and I cannot attend on the current date (Sept. 23). I requested a refund for two tickets a month ago, but I did not receive an email confirmation. Although the tickets no longer appear in my order history, I'm worried about the refund status. I used a card that has since been replaced due to fraud, and I need to ensure the refund goes to my new card.

I bought 2 tickets to see Chris Stapleton at BBT in Camden, New Jersey on July 6, [redacted]. The tickets appeared on my Live Nation app for weeks but suddenly disappeared. I tried contacting Live Nation without success, then eventually reached out through GoHuman. A representative informed me there would be a delay until September 28th for the tickets to show up in my account. However, the next day, I received an email instructing me to contact Live Nation instead. Could you please confirm the security of my tickets, provide my seat numbers and reference number? Also, can you verify that my email is now [redacted] in your system? I previously used [redacted] If I need to reach out to someone else, kindly provide guidance on how to contact Live Nation. If you require further information, please reach out to me at [redacted].

I reached out via email several weeks ago regarding a refund for my James Taylor concert tickets at Jones Beach, NY, on Friday, August 27th. I was informed that a response would be provided closer to the concert date, but with only two days left, I haven't heard back.
The phone lines at [redacted] seem impossible to reach. I kindly request a refund, or a credit if necessary. Given the current Delta strain of Covid, I'm hesitant to attend public events like concerts.
Although I don't have a confirmation number for my iPhone tickets, they are for two seats in Section 24, Row M, Seats 13 & 14. I no longer hold the JetBlue Mastercard used for the original purchase. Please contact me promptly so I can provide an alternate credit card for processing.

I am unable to attend the rescheduled Alanis Morissette concert in Chicago in September. I reached out to Live Nation requesting a refund, but I received a response stating that the refund window has closed. I remember being informed in July [redacted] that refunds were an option, so I held onto my tickets, hoping for a return to normalcy. However, I did not receive any notification regarding a refund window in [redacted]. I thoroughly checked my email, including spam and trash folders, but found no communication on this matter. It is disappointing that refunds are not being issued, especially during these times of Covid-19.

I've been waiting for payment for resold tickets. I ensured my direct deposit account as per the TM website instructions. After receiving an email to verify the account again, I found that option missing from the webpage. Multiple emails to customer service sent me the same instructions I had already followed. The customer support line disconnects due to high call volume. All I want to know is if my payment account is verified and when I can expect payment, as tickets sold on 10/29 with account verification on the same date. The event is scheduled for 12/1.

I recently tried to buy two concert tickets from Live Nation. The ticket prices were $51 each, but the final price, including fees, ended up being $[redacted]. This was quite surprising as the fees were more than the cost of an individual ticket. I didn't opt for ticket insurance, so I double-checked if I mistakenly selected three tickets, but that wasn't the case. I've purchased Live Nation tickets before, and while fees were annoying, they were never this excessive. I wish to avoid unnecessary fees, although I understand some fees are required. It feels like Live Nation might be inflating ticket prices and compensating with excessive fees. I'm curious about the purpose of these fees and whether there's a way to bypass them through customer service.

I have credit available that I want to use for an upcoming concert. However, during checkout, it says the credit is not eligible. This is confusing because the credit is from a cancelled covid concert, Korn @ Darien Lake, NY. I should be able to use this credit for any event, including the Korn concert in Rochester, NY in March. This money should be available for me to use as I wish.

Hello, my name is Jenee S. and I work at your Wheatland, CA venue. I informed the manager that Live Nation had hired a registered sex offender as a security guard, who I recognized from another incident in the past. Despite my concerns, they did not take action, leaving me feeling unsafe and anxious. Because of this negligence, I had to relocate to Las Vegas and am now facing homelessness. I am requesting immediate compensation of $40,[redacted], or I will pursue legal action for workplace safety violations and emotional distress. My lawyer, Kalia T., will follow up if necessary. It is disheartening that I had to miss out on the positive experiences Live Nation provides. I continue to seek counseling for the trauma caused by encountering this individual again. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I bought two General Admission tickets for the Tortuga festival on April 8-10, [redacted], back in December [redacted] for $[redacted] using my Discover card. Upon checking my account recently, I discovered that the tickets were mistakenly refunded by FGT Tortuga due to an error with an incorrect order number - mine being #[redacted]70. I am desperately trying to retrieve my tickets as I have a non-refundable hotel booking and a group of family and friends who planned to join me for my birthday celebration. After contacting my bank, a dispute was opened as the refund did not reflect in my account. Despite various email attempts to reach out to Front Gate Tickets, I was informed that the tickets were resold after my bank sent back the refunded amount. I am currently unable to get in touch with anyone in authority. FGT has my money, yet I am being informed that I will not receive the tickets and that it is Discover's responsibility to refund me. Discover, however, states they cannot dispute a charge that has been canceled. They affirm that FGT must either refund me or provide the tickets I paid for. I am now in a difficult situation as tickets are available on other platforms but at triple the price. If FGT does not return my $[redacted], it will cost me quadruple the original price I paid as an early bird. My husband, a USMC veteran, was looking forward to attending this event, and we are both devastated by this mix-up. We are at a loss for what to do next. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am seeking assistance in locating the correct department and contacts at LiveNation associated with the band Def Leppard. We are trying to fulfill a special dream for a terminal friend who has been a dedicated RN and positively impacted countless lives. She has attended over 30 shows of the band and her last wish is to meet them. Due to her illness progression, it may be her final opportunity. Any help in reaching out to the appropriate individuals would mean the world to her. Thank you.

My sister and I had a disappointing experience at the Fluffy comedy show. The organization was poor, security and parking staff were unhelpful, and we faced challenges with parking, ticket lines, and restroom closures. Despite following the rules about recording, we were repeatedly harassed. Security's focus on recording for Netflix profits was unnecessary. After unfair treatment and being wrongfully accused, security forcibly removed my sister, and I demanded a refund for the bullying, harassment, and assault we endured. The behavior of Apex security was unacceptable, displaying excessive power and targeting us unjustly. I hope for a resolution despite my doubts.

In January of [redacted], I purchased tickets for a concert scheduled for late March [redacted]. Due to COVID, the event was canceled. Ticketmaster eventually initiated the refund process, but by then, I had to cancel the credit card I used for unrelated reasons. They could only refund to the original card, so I requested a credit instead. However, I have not received the credit or any communication regarding it. Attempts to contact them were unsuccessful. I am concerned about the delay, given it has been over two years since the concert was supposed to happen. I simply want to know the status of my credit and if it can be issued to my account. Thank you for your assistance.

I am a type 1 diabetic who underwent eye surgery on both eyes this year. Although I live in Phoenix, I had plans to travel to Dallas for a concert by Roxy Music. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my trip as my rented house developed a mold problem due to heavy rains and the monsoon season in August. Repairs are now underway, leaving me and my wife, along with our underage kids, temporarily staying at a hotel. I kindly request a full refund or credit for the two concert tickets we were unable to use. Thank you.
