We purchased a light-up 3-foot trampoline for our daughter, Stella, in December from Woot, and she has enjoyed using it. However, as she just turned 2, she started hanging and swinging on the support bar, which caused the trampoline to flip over recently. Although Stella wasn't injured, it was a close call.
I'm surprised by this issue as the trampoline seemed sturdy. I witnessed the incident myself. I would like to know if this is a known problem and request a refund of $65.01 or a solution to enhance its structural integrity. I have faith in your brand and wanted to address this promptly. Thank you.
