I am requesting the closure of my account associated with H. McDowell. The account has not been used for months, although automatic payments were still being deducted. I have noticed unauthorized usage by another business, and upon investigation, my phone numbers were muted. I have settled all outstanding bills up to 7/2/[redacted]. I am closing the account immediately and have already stopped any further payments. I will inform my bank to cease any billing and remove payment authorization. Kindly close the account under my name promptly. Thank you. - H. McDowell

I am requesting the immediate cancellation of the account under the name of Harry McDowell due to fraudulent activities using my information. Despite previous attempts to address this issue, the account is still active and being used by another individual. I have paid all bills to date, and I want the account closed promptly. I will personally handle any necessary steps with my bank regarding the unauthorized use of my information. Please cease all billing, cancel the account, and remove any associated account information under my name without delay. I expect all accounts to be closed without any outstanding fees. This is a final notice to close the account. I have documentation of my previous attempts to resolve this issue. Kindly confirm the closure of the account and cease any further billing immediately. I have contacted Line 2 multiple times via email to update my credit card information due to a compromised card. Despite several attempts, the provided links in their emails did not work, leading to an unpaid yearly bill for my long-standing account with DeKors Custom Shutters and Interiors. The Line 2 phone number only directs me to the Gethuman website which does not assist in resolving the issue. My previous emails to Customer Service have only received automated responses without solving the problem in over a week, impacting my ability to receive customer calls. I need a functional link or a direct phone number to contact a human Customer Service representative to settle the $[redacted].10 bill and restore my services promptly. Thank you, Johanna.
