I placed an order with New York & Company on the 10th and needed it by Friday. I have sent 2 emails but received no response. Today, I chatted with a representative because my order has not yet shipped. They explained that due to the holidays, there are delays, and my order will arrive in 7-10 days. Since I no longer need it, I requested to cancel the order. I was informed that they couldn't change it but could waive the return fee. However, the representative mentioned that technically they have until the 24th to deliver the order. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the situation and her response came off as sarcastic and snooty. As a long-time customer, I found her attitude off-putting and it may lead me to stop shopping with them. Unfortunately, I won't have my dress for the holiday party, and I'm disappointed with the service provided by the representative named La'Toya G.

Hello,
I am in need of assistance. Today, I contacted customer service to modify my order # E[redacted]04 by adding a product from my cart and inquiring about avoiding shipping charges.
An employee agreed to waive the shipping fee, instructing me to complete the process, which resulted in the creation of Order # E[redacted]26. However, upon review, I noticed that I was still charged for shipping on both orders contrary to the initial agreement.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and I trust that you will rectify this error.
