I bought an LF FTR treadmill a few years ago and encountered numerous issues with it. Despite receiving a replacement under the valid warranty, the problems resurfaced. The serial number is [redacted]30. During my attempts to have it fixed, I reached out to LF and was connected to a technician in the Portland area. The technician seemed reluctant to travel the 80-mile distance to address the treadmill. After a week of waiting, I managed to fix the issue myself. Recently, "Lonnie" from AER Fitness contacted me to check on the job status, which had been ongoing for about two months. Since no action was taken by the technician, I feel he should not be compensated for neglecting customer service. Given AER Fitness only has a 1-star rating, I see no need to engage further with them.

I have recently acquired the Elevation Series 95T Tread with Discover SE3. I am attempting to connect a NPE (formerly Wahoo Fitness) GEM-RETRO unit to transmit real-time run data to ZWIFT. While the CSAFE port on the back of the monitor/console powers up the unit and connects wirelessly, no data is appearing in ZWIFT. A ZWIFT representative mentioned that the CSAFE port might be for power only, potentially lacking data transmission capability. Despite noticing references to CSAFE during console software updates and menu options for CSAFE status tests, selecting these does not elicit a response from the console. Is there a method to activate data export or could it be a feature that is not activated on my treadmill? PushPedalPull, where I made the purchase, was unable to offer insights into the CSAFE functions.

Hello, I am Jim L. from Pico Fitness Center. I noticed a $[redacted] charge on my October credit card statement that I am unsure about. We had a service call in August for a treadmill monitor, which was already paid for, but we did not have a second service call in October. The treadmill number is ETS377997. I contacted customer service at [redacted] this morning but have not received a return call yet. Could you please provide information on the charge? If not, I would like to know the usual response time for Customer Service callbacks. Thank you.
