I am facing an ongoing issue with Liberty Mutual regarding a $[redacted] bill for kitchen counters that were initially approved by Claims Adjuster Darnell Martin but later reneged on. Despite the counters being installed after approval, I was never informed about any costs or asked to consent to the $[redacted] charge. KB Construction, who informed me of the approval, acknowledges Mr. Martin's reversal but is still billing me. Liberty Mutual's actions seem like bad faith as they have left me to deal with the contractor over this matter. I am now considering Small Claims court as my next course of action to resolve this dispute.

I am reaching out regarding the cancellation of my home insurance under Reference#05 0[redacted]1 on 10/05/[redacted]. Despite canceling the policy due to relocating to SC, I received a collection notice for $19.00. I refuse to pay this amount as the policy was cancelled accordingly. Since Liberty placed me in collections, they are responsible for resolving this issue. I have contacted the collections department but did not receive assistance. Liberty needs to rectify this situation promptly as it is their error. Thank you, N. O'Connell.

I kindly request the removal of the offensive Christmas ad that has been appearing yearly. The outdated content depicts a child receiving a bike and another child being made to seem ungrateful and unwanted. The mother's reaction implies indifference towards the child's feelings. The ad portrays one child negatively as a spoiled brat while favoring the other child who desires insurance. It is upsetting and does not create a positive image. I urge for a change in this advertising approach to avoid alienating potential customers like myself, Patricia Dill, who is deterred from considering a policy due to this ad.

I recently set up a new auto policy with email address [redacted] (Policy: AOV[redacted]0) along with a renters policy. When attempting to register my website account using the provided link and entering my birth date and the last four digits of my social, I received a message stating that I already have an account and redirecting me to login. However, I cannot recall the password as it may have been set a long time ago. Despite trying to reset the password using my email address [redacted], I have not received the reset email. It is possible my account was created with a different email I no longer have access to. I am concerned about not having access to my insurance documents promptly.

I am currently deployed overseas with the US Military Coalition in Iraq. It is not feasible for me to use the phone to communicate with the Continental USA. I am attempting to gather more information from Liberty Mutual regarding new insurance quotes. I initiated the process online and have two reference numbers for the quotes. I am hopeful that Liberty Mutual can provide me with estimated costs via email, which is my preferred method of communication while I am in Iraq.

I have been trying to reach Liberty Mutual for my elderly father for two days now. I am unable to speak to a representative to request proof of insurance as my father cannot recall his password, and we are in different states. Frustratingly, a month ago, I managed to speak with a representative (unable to provide the name due to poor note-taking on my end) who promised to send the necessary information to the mortgage company via fax promptly, which did not happen.

Liberty Mutual canceled my auto insurance policy after I missed one payment without notifying me, even though it was set to autopay. When I checked the app a month later, my policy was gone, and there was no way to make a payment. I then canceled my renters' insurance as well. Later, I discovered a credit collection issue for over $[redacted] with Liberty Mutual. My spouse contacted them, but the customer service and resolution team were rude. They falsely stated that I didn't cancel the renters' insurance and claimed to have sent billing notices, which is untrue. They also extended the coverage period on the auto insurance when they hadn't covered us, causing us to owe more. It's frustrating dealing with their deceitful practices.

I am seeking clarification regarding a claim from August 14, [redacted]. I am unable to locate the claim number, but it was handled by a person named Lindsay. The accident involved me, Peter Hasko, as the driver. The claim was supposed to be managed by Roots Insurance, but there was mention that Liberty Mutual offered half of the claim amount, which was $[redacted] to me. I find it confusing why my insurance company offered the settlement when it was not my fault and Roots Insurance was meant to handle it. I am uncertain if this information about Liberty offering the settlement is accurate or if there has been a misunderstanding. I visited the Liberty Mutual website to get a quote for auto insurance. Sadly, at the end, I didn't receive a price quote but was directed to a customer service number. When I tried calling, the system didn't let me select auto insurance for customer service, and even though I have a quote ID, the options available didn't lead me to a live person. It's frustrating that none of the website choices allow direct contact with a representative. I urgently need to speak to someone as I have a quote ID that instructs me to contact customer service, but I am unable to do so. I really need my quote quickly.

I need to update my claim agent for claim # [redacted]79. I reported a stolen car on July 13, and my current agent, Lisa Garcia, was tasked with contacting my lien holder, AFL-CIO FCU. Despite providing her with the credit union's number on my policy, she claimed she couldn't find it. When I checked in on July 18, she still hadn't made contact. Today, July 31, she informed me she's had no luck reaching my bank, causing significant problems. My stolen car has been located at an impound, and although she inspected the damage and doesn't believe it's a total loss, I disagree. I urgently require a new claim agent.

When I initially signed up with Liberty Mutual, the agent assured me that I would be fully covered for water damage and fire. Unfortunately, when my basement flooded with sewer water and storm water, I quickly realized the coverage was not what I was promised. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to file a claim, I finally spoke with a representative who informed me that none of the damages were covered. This included the unsafe living conditions in my rented home. Despite expecting assistance while looking for a new place to live, I was told this wasn't covered either. Everything seemed different from what was initially explained to me. I advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company as my experience has left me feeling deceived and frustrated.

I was involved in an accident with a Liberty Mutual client who hit me head-on. Dealing with the claims specialist and her boss has been incredibly challenging. I am supposed to have a rental car provided but I haven't received it, and the compensation for my vehicle seems insufficient considering the damage. Nothing in the car was covered, and it was not in the condition I left it in after being in the hospital for a shattered hip. This situation has caused me to move out of my house and state, losing my job in the process. I was involved in a head-on collision with a Liberty Mutual client. Dealing with my claims specialist and their manager has been challenging. I am entitled to a fully covered rental and a payment for my vehicle. Unfortunately, the damaged items in my car weren't addressed. This incident has been extremely disruptive since I sustained a shattered hip and had to relocate due to the accident. I am considering involving an attorney if immediate action is not taken today.
