Reference #[redacted][redacted]: I provided Auto Club South with my credit score from Chase Bank on 2/11/18, which was [redacted]. However, they based their decision to increase my auto insurance rates on erroneous information from your report. They listed oil companies, department stores, and two sales finance accounts as factors, which I do not have. I only use Visa and Mastercard, always paying on time. Equifax and other credit bureaus rate me highly. Please correct this with Auto Club South so they can offer me a fair price based on my actual credit history rather than inaccurate categories.

I need to address a misunderstanding regarding an auto accident listed in my records that I was not involved in, but which allegedly paid out $9,[redacted]. This incident, reported in Florida in [redacted], states I was not at fault. I recently learned about this during an interview with USA Insurance Company on 10-18-[redacted]. I wish to resolve this promptly as neither myself nor my wife have any knowledge of this accident. At the time, I was driving a [redacted] Ford Econo Van registered in Florida, which I no longer have. I can provide the VIN through my son if necessary. Please verify the details to rectify this situation quickly. If there has been a misunderstanding on my part, I apologize. I have been a customer of LN for 20 years. Due to the financial strain caused by the pandemic, I can no longer afford the service. My usage of LN was minimal even before the pandemic, making it difficult to justify the cost now. My representative, Dan, mentioned a contractual provision requiring 90 days of payment after termination, which I find unreasonable and financially burdensome. I do not wish to hear from him again. After two decades of loyalty, I feel disappointed by LN's lack of flexibility in these trying times. I have decided to end my services with LN and request that my payments cease immediately. It's a straightforward request.

Hello, I hope you're having a good day. I am currently in the process of renewing my vehicle's car insurance which expired on March 25, [redacted], a month ago. Surprisingly, I missed the expiry date since it was on auto-pay for the past six months. There was an incident on March 13, [redacted], where I was rear-ended by a Geico-insured driver while driving my mother's car which is also insured by Geico. She was found [redacted]% at fault, and even after winning the case, my daughter is still pursuing a claim with them. The insurer's premium is too high at $[redacted] per month due to the information LEXIS-NEXIS has about the accident. I urgently need to have this corrected as I cannot afford such a high rate. Without insurance on my truck, I am seeking a quick resolution to this issue to ensure immediate coverage.

I noticed an error on my report mentioning an accident involving Frank Wyant III on 12-10-[redacted], but my wife was actually driving, not me. Additionally, there is an at-fault accident listed for me on 4-11-[redacted], even though State Farm received full payment through arbitration. I would like to correct these inaccuracies. Reference number: BVNDNVF. Where is the information on the report sourced from?

My previous auto insurance provider made an error on my driving record regarding an accident. I had slid on ice, damaged my vehicle, but did not hit any other vehicles or involve the police. When I moved states and switched to USAA, they may have placed something on my record due to me canceling my policy with them.

I recently discovered an error on my Nexus Lexus report impacting my insurance rates. Despite being rear-ended in an accident where the state trooper found the other driver at fault, I have been unjustly paying high insurance premiums. I am in possession of the accident report proving my innocence. If this issue is not rectified promptly, legal action will be taken against Nexus Lexus for the financial burden caused by their mistake.
