My partner showed me pictures of a Louis Vuitton Multi Pochette bag that he said he bought for my birthday. The photos made the bag look authentic. However, upon further inspection, I realized the bag was fake. The interior did not match official photos I found online. It seems the seller posted misleading images. My boyfriend spent a substantial amount on a counterfeit bag. How can we go about getting a refund and reporting this seller? It's disappointing that my birthday gift turned out to be a fake due to deceptive online listings. I need guidance on the steps to take to recover the money. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I recently noticed that my phone showed activity on letgo.com, an app I don't have. When trying to log in using my Google account, which I believe I used to sign up for the classified ads site, I keep receiving an error message when requesting a password reset email. Clicking on the tech support link at the bottom of the help section leads to an "Access Denied" error. Is this a common issue with Letgo or just with my account? I'm unfamiliar with the app and concerned someone might be using my account for unauthorized activity. This is worrisome as I typically wouldn't mind losing access except with a shopping platform like this. Thank you, Eric I.

After having a Letgo account for a few weeks, I successfully completed several sales with 5-star reviews. I also paid for additional visibility for one item. However, upon transitioning to OfferUp as instructed on the Letgo help page, my account information did not carry over. I am concerned about my current listings and sales history vanishing. I arranged a deal with a seller for a living room set at an agreed-upon price. When I tried to confirm and schedule the pick-up, the seller went silent. Later, I found out they had listed the set on other platforms for higher prices with multiple offers. Despite being assured it wouldn't be sold to anyone else, the seller claimed they had better offers and suggested I look elsewhere for a set. I believe this behavior violates the terms of Let Go, OfferUp, and Craigslist. I want to report this fraudulent activity. How can I proceed? Let me know what details you require for the report.

My LetGo account has suddenly switched to Turkish. I reached out to customer support in English to report a possible compromise. They responded in Turkish, advising me to disconnect all devices. I followed their advice and deactivated my account. Upon attempting to create a new account with a different login method, my old account was reactivated, still in Turkish. Even the help desk is in Turkish, making it hard for me to comprehend. The location on my account now shows up as Istanbul. I'm feeling lost without any English instructions to help me navigate the situation.
