To Lender's customer service team, I have been a loyal customer for years, but recently, I've noticed a decline in the quality of your bagels. The last pack I purchased had uneven cuts, making them almost impossible to use or toast properly. The uneven cut was about 90 percent on one side and only 10 percent on the other. I hope you can address this issue with your quality control. It would also be great to receive some coupons or free bagels to restore my faith in your beloved product. Thank you.

I am concerned about the recent quality of the blueberry bagels. Due to my condition, I rely on them as a safe option, but the recent batches have been disappointing. The texture ranges from overcooked to bland, prompting me to discard multiple bags. Previously, these were my preferred choice due to their balance of sweetness and ability to be refrigerated.
