I purchased an air conditioner last night for $[redacted]. After realizing it was a [redacted] BTU unit instead of the advertised [redacted] BTU, I contacted the seller, suspecting a bait-and-switch tactic. I insisted on either receiving the correct unit or a refund, mentioning legal implications. The seller explained it was a mistake and promised to deliver the [redacted] BTU unit today. When I tried to thank her via text, I realized I had been blocked. I ask if someone could reach out to her to resolve this communication issue. With the hot weather, I really need the air conditioner. Thank you for your help in this matter. Sincerely, Linda D. T.

I purchased an iPhone X from a seller named John. After paying through Zelle, he requested my name and address. It's been exactly seven days since the transaction on a Tuesday. I've been unable to reach him on the provided phone number or the other one he shared. Upon searching, I found only one friend listed with the name Martavius Crump on Facebook. I'd like to know if there are any buyer protections in place in case of a scam. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter of potential fraud would be greatly appreciated. Please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you. Best regards, J.B.

I have encountered issues with communication and dealings on the platform. I feel frustrated as buyers lack essential details, leading to misunderstandings. Two users blocked me without reason, making my experience unpleasant. Instances include sellers not providing enough product information, resulting in confusion. One seller called me names and blocked me when I requested more details. Another seller blocked me after I couldn't respond promptly due to my phone dying. Furthermore, a TV I bought lacked essential components despite being advertised as functional. The lack of regulations on the platform has created stressful encounters with unpredictable users. In such an unregulated environment, it is challenging to navigate and trust transactions. I believe implementing rules could significantly improve the overall experience for all users. Due to these unfortunate incidents, I am considering exploring alternative platforms for future purchases.

Hello, I'm reaching out to inquire if you could possibly assist us. My husband and I, adoptive parents of 6 children with special needs, including Down syndrome, Asperger's, autism, and ADHD, greatly appreciate your products. We have fostered over [redacted] children and have been loyal customers, spending a significant amount on LEGO products. It would mean a lot to our kids if you have any outdated or older model items that could enhance their learning and enjoyment. They love building and it greatly benefits their focus and imagination. As a 54-year-old, I also enjoy doing these activities with them. Any small gesture from you would truly bring joy to their holiday season. Thank you so much for considering. Sincerely, Mike Skogberg [redacted] Hawthorne Street Alexandria, MN [redacted]

I purchased an iPhone 6s Plus from seller Yessenia Perez, but unfortunately, the battery does not hold a charge properly. When I inquired before buying, she assured me there were no issues besides replacing the screen. Even after testing the phone in her presence, the battery problem wasn't disclosed. Now, when I've asked for a refund due to this undisclosed issue, she has been avoiding my messages. I just want a fair resolution as I paid for a functioning phone.

My 11-year-old granddaughter worked hard shoveling snow this winter to save up for her Lego Speed Champions set. After buying it at Walmart on 2/26/[redacted], she encountered missing parts (#[redacted], #[redacted], and #[redacted]). With 3 parts missing and 2 extras, we tried to fix it, but without success. We would appreciate it if you could send the missing parts or provide a refund of $12.93. It's unfortunate as she had a similar issue with a kit received for Christmas.

I believe this will be my last purchase of LEGO sets. The company's recent decision to show anti-police bias following the events surrounding George Floyd feels like a disrespect to the hardworking individuals who risk their lives daily to keep our communities safe. While every profession has bad apples, the majority of officers serve honorably and peacefully throughout their careers. This situation sheds light on the anti-police bias that some activist groups and media outlets promote. Despite the facts not aligning with their narrative, many seem willing to unquestionably follow their progressive "social justice" standpoint. I will need to explain to my grandchildren why LEGOs will no longer be a part of their birthdays, Christmas, or special occasions. I urge those who stand for law and order and support their local police departments to boycott LEGO products.

I am seeking information for my grandson's LEGO project. He is curious about the height of the LEGO man in the Billund play center's foyer and how many kits are produced on the line daily. He is only 7 and has watched production videos. Can you provide insight? For example, is the LEGO man 2 or 3 stories tall? This may help us estimate. Apologies for the time difference; I am in Australia.

I was recently denied entry into a completely empty Lego store at the Staten Island Mall for refusing to use the provided hand sanitizer. While I understand and comply with the mask mandate, which is not a federal law, I am unable to use certain products due to health reasons. I have autoimmune issues and PTSD which make it difficult for me to wear masks or use unfamiliar substances. This experience was distressing, especially for my daughter who was unable to purchase a toy she wanted using her allowance. I am disappointed by the store's discriminatory rules and will not be returning.

I placed an order on May 14th, and I am eagerly awaiting the arrival of my item. Unfortunately, the tracking information shows that it is "unavailable," causing delays in my Lego project. As I have a strict deadline approaching, I am concerned that the delivery time might hinder my progress. I also noticed from the USPS tracking that the package is still awaiting shipment in the US. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased a Lego kit from walmart.com, but the set arrived incomplete. Instead of the advertised [redacted] pieces, I only received a bag of blue, green, purple, and pink blocks. My 4-year-old grandson is quite upset about this error. I kindly request the missing pieces to complete the set. Thank you, Lori R.

I am having difficulty scanning the code on the front of my McLaren #[redacted] kit, leaving me without building directions. I have attempted to contact the customer service number provided in my instruction book, [redacted], but was informed that the number had changed. After trying the updated number and visiting LEGO.com/service, I am now here seeking assistance. Could written instructions be made available to me? As a side note, I am 83 years old and excited about potentially completing more kits if this one works out. My name is Joe.
