I have been struggling to contact you. I am dissatisfied with the shoes I purchased. I am unable to print the return shipping label as it is not functioning from your end. I typically have a smooth experience ordering from Zappos. Kindly, send the return label to my email address. I should not be charged due to this inconvenience, but regardless, I simply want to return the unworn Hoka shoes that I tried on once. The order number is #[redacted]. Thank you, Carlene.

Subject: Regarding Order #[redacted] - Vionic Black Jacey Women's Wedge
Hi there, I wanted to share that the Vionic Black Jacey women's wedges I received were in excellent condition. However, I noticed they are a bit too big around the heel, causing them to slip off during my test walk. I looked on your website, but unfortunately, I couldn't find the same shoes in a size 8.5.
When I made the purchase, I overlooked any information about your return policy. I've usually dealt with companies that cover the cost of FedEx shipping for returns. Is that something your company offers? Just to let you know, I reside in Houston, Texas.
I would really appreciate any assistance you can provide regarding this issue.
