Our return policy at Lebos.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept returns on worn or damaged items. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return, and they will guide you through the process.
