On January 7th, I purchased a Hoover vacuum cleaner from Leaps and Bounds using PayPal Transaction ID 50C37850DH[redacted]. The payment went to a company called Prospect King Inc. Limited. The email associated with them is [redacted] as shown on the PayPal receipt. I have not received an order confirmation despite reaching out twice with no response. I am concerned that this might be a fraudulent transaction. Recently, the third-party merchant informed me that the order is being shipped from China, to my surprise. I was unaware of this and would not have placed the order if I had known. I am uncertain if the item will ever arrive. Leaps and Bounds does not provide a phone number, making it difficult to obtain updates. I have attempted to contact them for information but have not received any response yet.
