I purchased a ceiling fan for my covered porch a year ago. Initially, it looked great and worked well. Recently, I noticed it is wobbling more and making a clunking noise when turned on or off. Despite ensuring all screws were tight, I suspect the bearing may be failing. As a certified mechanic familiar with bearings, I find the situation concerning, especially with the fan hanging above me. I kindly request a replacement for order #CF[redacted][redacted]03 and can return the faulty unit for inspection. Thank you, J. Michalik

I recently purchased the Tribeca Mica shade metal table lamp with USB port from Lamps Plus. They assured me that if the item went on sale within 60 days, I would receive a refund for the difference. The price of the lamp dropped from $[redacted] to $99 a week before Thanksgiving, amounting to a $40 difference. I promptly reached out but have not received a response regarding my refund request. I still have the details of my initial communication. When can I expect you to fulfill your promise?
