I bought a black long-sleeved polo shirt at Lacoste store [redacted] at the Victoria Wharf Shopping Centre in Cape Town, South Africa. Unfortunately, the seam on the right sleeve is crooked, making the cuff sit above my wrist. I noticed this issue three weeks ago when I returned to the store, despite not having worn it prior. Joao from customer services has been handling my case since June 4th via email and phone. I shared my card statement to confirm the purchase date and amount, but Joao claims not to have received my emails, which were direct replies to his message on June 4th. He also hasn't returned my calls since June 12th. Despite providing sufficient evidence, Joao mentioned he couldn't locate the invoice from the store or continue the search due to limited time. I strongly feel that customer services are being unhelpful by not authorizing an exchange for a new garment. A simple exchange would resolve the manufacturing defect issue efficiently, but unfortunately, customer services seem unable to address my complaint effectively. I am disputing this charge as I am only acknowledging one transaction of $77.02 US ($[redacted].97 EC) made by me. I am seeking your assistance to provide proof of this transaction to rectify the billing error on my card. I encountered payment issues using PayPal on two occasions on your website, then successfully used Amazon Pay. My bank requires confirmation of the single transaction with your company to reverse the error and credit the disputed charges. I am sending you a photo of my bathroom. I was excited when I purchased the sweater, but unfortunately, after washing it, the logo faded. I followed the washing instructions, but still, it came off. It's not very visible in the attached picture. My partner and kids are also Lacoste fans, like me. We love the quality of the products, which is why I am so disappointed with this sweater. I don't have much money right now, so choosing this sweater was a big deal for me. I no longer have the receipt, and the store wouldn't help me.

I recently purchased a 3-pack of Lacoste Boxer Shorts from your online store. After wearing each pair for three consecutive days, I found two small holes in the bottom of the third pair. I'm a loyal customer who has spent a significant amount on Lacoste products over the years, and this unexpected issue has left me perplexed. I am not filing a formal complaint, as I still love your brand and plan to continue supporting it. However, I wanted to inquire if you sell factory seconds to discount retailers without labeling them as such. I have Lacoste items that have lasted for two decades and remain in excellent condition. Hello! I made a purchase (Order #[redacted]02) from Lacoste two weeks ago. I have not received any updates on my order status since then. I have sent them two emails and called three times, but each time I was on hold for 10 minutes without getting a response. I am extremely surprised by this level of service from an international brand. This was meant to be a gift, and I anticipated having it by now, but it seems like it hasn't even been shipped yet. I am very upset and disappointed about this situation.

mein Enkel, 17 Jahre alt, besitzt eine Jeans von Lacoste. Leider sind die Hosenfuttertaschen bereits nach kurzer Zeit so zerrissen, dass sie nicht mehr benutzbar sind. Es tut mir leid, dass ich keine Bilder anhängen kann. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, aus welchem Stoff die Taschen bestehen, aber ich verstehe nicht, warum sie so schnell reißen. So etwas ist mir noch nie passiert, nicht einmal bei günstigeren Jeans. Man sollte erwarten können, dass bei einer Markenjeans so etwas nicht vorkommt.
Ich habe die Taschen notdürftig genäht, aber sie sind immer noch nicht wirklich funktionsfähig. Da wir den Kassenzettel nicht mehr haben, ist eine Reklamation auch nicht möglich. Ich habe diese Nachricht bereits mehrmals an unterschiedliche Lacoste-Adressen geschickt, aber erhalte jedes Mal eine Fehlermeldung zurück.

I am reaching out for assistance regarding an incident involving my grandson accidentally getting paint on my cherished jacket. While my daughter was looking after him, he brushed against my jacket with a paint brush, causing some paint to transfer onto the fabric. Unfortunately, my daughter's attempt to remove the paint with detergent only resulted in the dye being lifted from the jacket, leaving a visible mark.
The jacket holds sentimental value as it was a gift from my late wife purchased in Holland. Its unique style and comfort have made it a favorite wardrobe item of mine. I am inquiring if there is a way to remedy the paint marks on the jacket either with a dye or other method to restore its original appearance.

Hello, I have been a long-time consumer of Lacoste products and have always been satisfied with their quality. However, I recently purchased a yellow slim fit Lacoste polo this summer that did not meet my expectations. After washing it delicately at 30 °C, the color faded from intense yellow to a grayish tone and the shirt shrank. I tried a treatment with active oxygen at the dry cleaners which partially restored the color, but the fabric still seemed stressed and did not match the usual quality I expect from Lacoste. Even after a second gentle wash at a low temperature with only a white garment to test for color loss, the polo experienced further color fading and fabric distress. I purchased this item at the Lacoste store in Fidenza Village in June. I am hoping to hear back from the company regarding this issue. Sincerely, BC Armani.

I am writing from Dubai to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at the Lacoste Shop in Terminal 3 of Delhi Airport. I purchased a pair of red T-shirts from the Lacoste India Shop in the airport, but unfortunately, the color faded after rinsing. When I lodged a complaint at the shop, the assistant was unhelpful, stating that T-shirts cannot be exchanged or refunded at the airport and advising me to visit a city store instead.

I understand that you have heard similar stories many times, but I want to share what I have been through. I went through a difficult time losing my mother, my job, my father, our family home, and all my family possessions. Unfortunately, I ended up in jail and lost almost all my belongings, including clothes. I have reached out to several companies for help. Despite sounding desperate, I am simply asking for some clothing assistance. I am of medium build and wear a size 10 in shoes. I would be extremely grateful if you could send me any old or discontinued clothes. I am reaching out in hopes of having decent clothing again. Thank you for considering helping me.

I recently purchased Lacoste shoes, and the salesperson mentioned they came with free shoelaces. However, upon inspection in my Okada room, I discovered there was only one lace. Upon informing the Lacoste Okada store, the manager failed to address the issue and seemed unresponsive. The manager accused me of dishonesty and displayed anger towards me. While the shoelace itself is inexpensive, my concern lies with the poor response from the Lacoste Okada branch, particularly the female Store Manager/Supervisor. This incident occurred on March 29, [redacted], following our purchase of four pairs of shoes on March 28, [redacted], between 7-8pm.

I am currently on vacation in Chicago and was excited to wear my new pants for the first time. However, upon putting them on this Sunday, I noticed a part of the pants had already fallen off without me engaging in any strenuous activities. I went to the store today to have them exchanged, but the manager refused citing the lack of a label and implied I had washed the pants. I did not wash the pants nor mistreat them in any way.
