I need confirmation of the luggage limit for my flight to Madrid. I have a booking confirmation - UTDVT6. My ticket does not indicate the ticket classification, and today at check-in, the baggage confirmation states that the limit is 8 kg per passenger for cabin baggage. Looking at the original booking confirmation from the time of purchase, I cannot find information about the allowed free baggage. Hello, my name is Erika Koszegi. On 05/04/[redacted] at 12:14, I arrived in Budapest from Toronto with a transfer in Warsaw using your airline. Unfortunately, upon arrival in Budapest, my suitcase was lost. The next day, it was delivered to my parents' house with a broken handle, and upon inspection, I discovered that many items were missing. Despite contacting the Budapest airport police and airport in Warsaw, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. I am disappointed and frustrated by the lack of assistance in recovering my belongings. Additionally, during security check at Warsaw airport, items purchased from the duty-free shop in Toronto were confiscated with an insensitive response from the staff. This experience has left me feeling unheard and dissatisfied with the service provided. I hope that by sharing my story, it will bring attention to the issues I encountered. Unauthorized transactions appeared on my bank statement from Lot Polish Airlines. I flew with Lot Polish Airlines in January and provided my debit card information for an additional checked baggage fee. Unexpectedly, I noticed two consecutive unauthorized transactions by Lot Polish Airlines in May, which I did not approve, as I have not traveled since January. I am seeking a refund for these transactions and wish to resolve this matter to ensure no more unauthorized charges occur in the future.

Our flight from Toronto to New York (JFK) to Seoul to Beijing on June 18 experienced a delay in Toronto. Consequently, we caught a flight from New York to Warsaw on June 19 at [redacted], followed by a flight from Warsaw to Beijing. Unfortunately, our luggages have not been received. After contacting Air Canada, we were informed that our bags were last located in JFK and were not taken by LOT airlines from there. I am seeking confirmation regarding this information and an update on the current whereabouts of our luggages.

Following a flight from Toronto to Warsaw to Beirut with this airline, upon reaching my destination, I realized that two of my bags did not make it. I am currently without any clothes and had to purchase essentials. I urgently request for my belongings to be promptly shipped to me, along with appropriate compensation for the expenses incurred in Lebanon during my trip from June 29th to July 1 for Ali Amir Chalhoub.

I had a negative experience with the staff at the Copenhagen airport. I encountered an issue with my hand luggage, which they said I couldn't carry onboard even though it contained valuables. They suggested I carry the items in my hands for a 5-hour flight, which was not feasible. While I was contemplating what to do with my belongings, the staff member handling my check-in became irate. He removed my bag from the line, raised his voice, tore up my ticket, and instructed me to go to the back of the line. He even threatened to involve security to remove me when I requested respectful behavior. I was not able to resolve the situation as he refused to assist me. This was by far my worst airport experience due to the extremely rude behavior of the Copenhagen airport staff.

Hello, I am Gisela Henschel. My booking number is L9B5Q2. On September 18th, I received an email informing me that our flight booked for November 8th, [redacted], was canceled, and a new return flight from Yerevan to Berlin on November 10th was suggested. I have booked the suggested flight for November 10th. Unfortunately, the additional luggage we had booked and paid for no longer appears on our return flight. This time, I opted for premium economy tickets on a flight from Chicago to Krakow in the hopes of a more comfortable journey. Sadly, it backfired. The reclining seat was faulty, the footrests were unusable, and the design made it challenging to move around. Despite being physically active, I struggled to navigate and found the layout confining, especially by the window. Paying $[redacted] for this experience felt unjustifiable. I have experienced premium economy with other airlines, and the difference was stark. This disappointing flight likely marks my final one with this particular airline.

I purchased a ticket from Belgrade to Oslo with a layover in Warsaw for Monday, October 30. Initially, my reservation was charged due to insufficient funds in my account. The remaining amount was deducted from my account on October 30, allowing me to cover the full ticket price. However, upon reaching the airport in Belgrade, I was unable to board the flight as only an expired reservation remained. I was unable to fly, and I ended up losing the entire fare of [redacted] euros. I kindly request a partial refund of at least 50% of the ticket price. The flight number was LO [redacted], and the ticket number is 60Q3WZ for passenger Sava Belan.
