Kwikset Customer Service Issues

I own a Kwikset [redacted] z-wave lock with the model number [redacted]. Previously linked to another alarm system, I am now attempting to pair it with a new Ring base station to no avail. Despite several attempts at a factory reset and pairing, even placing the lock assembly next to the base station, it still won't pair. What steps should I take next to successfully pair them? I've been attempting to contact customer service for more than a week, but I keep receiving a message stating that all representatives are busy. The average wait times have been over half an hour. I also attempted to use the call-back service, but I never received a call back. Can someone please assist me with this issue? Hello, I recently experienced an issue with my Model [redacted] lock. It suddenly stopped working, causing me to be locked out of my house. I had to enlist the help of a locksmith who had to destroy the lock to grant me access. I eventually purchased a Model [redacted]-[redacted] as a replacement. The batteries in the faulty unit were tested and found to be in good condition, leading me to believe that the unit itself was the problem and should be covered by warranty. I am seeking reimbursement for the $50 I paid for the Model [redacted] two years ago, as well as for the locksmith expenses incurred due to the lock failure.
