I used my rewards card at the store and was instructed to register it online. I completed the registration process as advised but did not receive the confirmation email. I have checked my spam and junk folders, but it's not there. I attempted to do this yesterday and waited a day, hoping the email would appear, but it hasn't. I was informed that if I registered before the end of the year, I would receive a discount of 20 cents per gallon.

Having trouble resetting my password. I followed the steps to create a new password, but it keeps saying the password doesn't match even when I enter it twice. This has happened multiple times despite my efforts. I remember facing a similar issue when I first signed up at one of your gas stations with an employee assisting me in setting up my KUM & GO email. It was quite time-consuming back then. I am a loyal customer because I find your gas stations give me the best mileage, but I am finding the rewards card process confusing and frustrating. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. During my visit to the Kum & Go store at [redacted] Holman in Brookland, Arkansas on June 20 and 21, [redacted], I encountered issues with the debit/credit card scanning equipment, specifically on register 1 near the exit door. Despite the professionalism and helpfulness of your employees, the chip reader on that register was malfunctioning on both days. Initially, I suspected my card was the problem and replaced it, only to find out it was the machine causing the issue. I observed that other customers also faced similar problems. This recurring issue causes frustration not only for the customer using it but also for those waiting in line. It's clear that your dedicated employees are let down by faulty equipment. I visited Kum & Go at store number [redacted] located at [redacted] East Hancock Road in Muskogee, Oklahoma, [redacted] around 5:58 PM. I purchased a $[redacted] Google Play card, but when I got home, it was already used. I tried contacting the store and spoke to the manager who advised me to call customer service. I've been trying to reach them all day and left several messages but haven't had any luck. I am extremely frustrated and just want a replacement card or a refund. The manager even suggested contacting the card supplier. Please assist me in resolving this issue as I've already spoken with Google customer service multiple times to no avail. I can provide photos of the card and receipts if needed. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I visited the store in Springfield, specifically the one on Sunset and Campbell tonight around 7:27 on 7/27/19. I purchased $20 worth of fuel on pump eleven, a Code Red Mountain Dew 20 oz. bottle, and a pack of Marlboro Smooth shorts. My total came to $28 and some change. I paid with two $20 bills, but the cashier only gave me back $1 and some change. The store was busy, and I had to hurry to work. However, I realized I was shorted $10. I would appreciate a refund for the missing money. The cashier was a short man with shaggy hair and glasses. He seemed distracted answering another customer's question and overlooked giving me the correct change.

I am a customer at the Kum & Go in Clive, IA at [redacted] NW 86th St, [redacted]. I noticed on Saturday, 2/8/[redacted], that there was only one person (a young woman) handling checkout from 7am to 3pm. There seemed to be a young man in the kitchen but I didn't see him assisting at checkout. I am concerned if this is an acceptable practice or a Kum & Go policy. Having just one person managing checkout for the entirety of their shift, especially when the store is busy, seems unacceptable. Even though the customers were being served properly, the situation raises safety concerns given the clientele at this store during daytime hours.

I visit the store at 119th & Hickman frequently, usually 3-4 times a day. Lately, between 7-9 am, there has only been one person at the counter, causing long lines. Last week, there were 19 people waiting, so I left. Today, there were 11 people in line, and the overwhelmed employee was even in tears, having been verbally abused multiple times before 8 am. The manager's lack of support is disappointing. This kind of treatment towards employees reflects poorly on the company's customer service. I have decided to stop coming to your stores and will instead recommend Caseys to everyone I know through my blog, Facebook, Twitter, and other platforms. Additionally, my company's installers, who purchase thousands of gallons of gas from you each month, will also be taking their business elsewhere.

I recently experienced a distressing incident at [redacted] East Kenosha Broken Arrow Oklahoma that left me feeling embarrassed and disrespected. I was unjustly accused of theft upon entering the store, resulting in a ban. This accusation goes against my religious principles, and I do not engage in such behavior. The employee showed me a photo that did not provide any evidence of wrongdoing. I have frequented this store for a long time and was shocked by the employee's loud and disrespectful behavior towards me. I seek a prompt resolution to this matter to restore my reputation. I firmly maintain my innocence and am prepared to pursue legal action if necessary. It is essential that this situation be dealt with swiftly, and the employee in question be held accountable for their actions.

I am seeking change from my gas purchase. After paying, pumping gas, and not using the full amount, the attendant was unable to provide change and lacked the ability to give me a receipt. I'm disappointed because he promised to check the pump, left me waiting for 20 minutes before declining, even after I showed him a photo. Despite clear evidence, he refused to address the issue and accused me of taking a random picture. This level of customer service is unacceptable. After paying $30 with a gift card, I only purchased $21 of gas, and the attendant wouldn't return the $9 change. Feeling stranded as an out-of-town visitor, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. I found it frustrating to spend two hours involving the police for such a small amount. The pump's discrepancy should have been acknowledged, and I should have received my change promptly. The attendant's unwillingness to cooperate and provide a receipt added further to the poor experience.

I am a dissatisfied customer who had an unpleasant experience at your store. An employee named L-A allegedly took my change after I made a purchase. When I returned for it, she denied seeing it, despite no one else being present. This behavior is unacceptable, especially considering the lack of customer service and unfriendly attitude displayed. The incident has made me reconsider my patronage at your store, even though it used to be a preferred destination. I hope this feedback prompts action to prevent similar occurrences in the future. I'm experiencing issues with receiving my points. I recently upgraded my phone and updated my email address to have my points transferred. While using the app at the pump, I believed there was a ** cent fuel reward after the second use, but it seems I may have been mistaken about the reward amount. All my information has been successfully transferred to my new email, and everything seems to be functioning properly. My only remaining query is why the option to utilize fuel rewards for diesel purchases is not available.

I recently visited the restroom at Kum & Go on South Nevada Avenue in Colorado Springs for my convenience due to my septic tank being replaced. However, I was accused of smoking methamphetamines during a previous visit, which is false and damaging to my reputation.
