I am writing to share my experience with seeking toner replacement for equipment #[redacted]1, Model BH [redacted], Serial A[redacted]3.
On 29th October [redacted] at 08:55, I initially contacted the service helpdesk at +[redacted] to request toner replacement. I was informed the toner would be delivered within 2 working days.
Following up on 1st November [redacted] at 14:42, I inquired about the delivery status. The representative stated the toners were delivered on 30th October, but we did not receive them, so I requested proof of delivery. I provided my email address and was assured the proof of delivery (POD) would be sent.
After not receiving the POD, I made a third call on 4th November [redacted] at 16:59 to express my concern. The representative assured me the POD would be sent, acknowledging previous promises made. However, as of 5th November [redacted], I have not received the POD or the toner, causing our printer to be out of service for a week, impacting our operations. I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter and appreciate your assistance. Thank you.

I am disappointed by the delay in service for our copier once again. We reported the issue on 11/02/20 at 8:52am, and despite multiple calls, no technician has contacted us or shown up. Our machine, at [redacted] Park Road, Charlotte NC [redacted] (The American Red Cross), is crucial for our medical laboratory's operations due to FDA regulations. We need clear and legible copies for various purposes, including faxing and record-keeping. Despite reaching out to the customer service line multiple times, we have not received any updates or a technician's visit. It is now past 1pm ET on the following day, 11/03/20, and the problem remains unresolved. I hope for a prompt response and resolution to this ongoing issue.

I contacted Konica's supply order hotline on 04-08-22 at [redacted] to purchase a toner waste cartridge and a yellow toner cartridge for the copier/printer with ID 9[redacted]. Unfortunately, the items have not arrived, and the waste cartridge is full, causing the machine to be inoperable.
Given the upcoming busy period for our company, E&ES, it's crucial for this copier/printer to be functioning. However, our attempts to reach service support have been futile, with long wait times resulting in disconnections.

My printer is not working. I called the Konica Printer Office in Gwalior 15 days ago, but no technical support has come to fix the printer yet. They promised to come yesterday when I called to schedule the printer installation. I kindly request to Mr. X to please expedite the repair of the printer. Your prompt attention would be greatly appreciated.

I recently began a new job where I have access to a Konica Minolta Bizhub C277 printer. I use a Mac running OS Ventura 13.3.1. After attempting to download the printer driver, I noticed that the options available seem limited. I am missing important print settings such as media type and quality. These options are crucial for me as I print certificates on high-quality paper. Could it be that this printer is not compatible with Mac systems? Should I search for an alternative driver for better functionality?
