I placed an order for a bathroom vanity in September but was informed it won't be available until December. I called customer service to avoid being charged until the item was in stock and received a credit of $[redacted]. Later, I found a vanity elsewhere and called to cancel my order with Kitchensource. Despite canceling, I was still charged in December. When questioning this charge, I was informed I didn't cancel properly and would only receive a partial return. I now seek a full refund and hope to resolve this promptly without involving the credit card company. Please issue the remaining balance credit quickly. Thank you for addressing this promptly.
