I have only used my KitchenAid mixer three times since purchasing it over a year ago. The high-speed setting has stopped working after one use by me and two uses by my daughter. It was stored due to home remodeling and recently started using it. The mixer was bought online from either eBay or Amazon. I am disappointed it broke so soon and would like assistance with this issue. Thank you.

I have a KitchenAid refrigerator/freezer, model number KBFS25EVMS0, serial number KY[redacted]. Haines Appliance identified an issue with the control board causing fluctuating temperatures inside. KitchenAid confirmed the problem but stated the board is no longer available. They suggested sending it to Texas for repairs. I called KitchenAid for assistance today and was placed on hold for over 30 minutes without a resolution. We invested over $10,[redacted] in KitchenAid appliances in [redacted], and now the icemaker, dishwasher, and refrigerator need repairs. We urgently require the necessary part to fix the refrigerator.

My coffee grinder keeps spitting out parts while grinding the beans. First, a small black half-round piece of plastic came out, followed by a thin circular piece with the circumference of the dispensing chute opening. I have been reaching out for weeks with no personal response through this website. I am frustrated with the lack of assistance, and my coffee grinder is still broken. I really need help with this issue.

Hello, I bought all my kitchen appliances for my new house through the local distributor "Custom Distributors" in Fairfield, Ohio. I reached out to them for help, but they weren't able to assist me. Therefore, I am reaching out directly to KitchenAid to address my concerns. In early [redacted], I purchased four KitchenAid appliances which were installed in the spring of the same year. The items I purchased were: - Refrigerator: KFIV29PCMS03 - Dishwasher: KDTE704DSSO - Beverage Fridge: KURO24RSBX03 - Double Oven: KEBS209BSS01 Within the first six months of use under warranty, my Refrigerator's fan and Beverage Fridge's thermostat needed replacement. Currently, my Refrigerator's Ice Maker has stopped working, and my Dishwasher's control panel is non-functional, both requiring repairs. My concern is that, with less than four years of use, three out of four of my KitchenAid appliances have failed. This raises questions about the quality of the appliances I have purchased. Given the high number of repairs needed, I hope KitchenAid will assist me, a loyal customer, in covering some of the repair costs. My Refrigerator's Ice Maker is out of warranty, but my Dishwasher's issue seems to still be covered under warranty for parts. However, labor costs are not included. This frequency of failures should be worrisome for KitchenAid. We appreciate the features of our appliances and enjoy using them when they function properly. While I understand accidents happen, I believe how a company handles situations like this after the sale speaks volumes about their commitment to customers. I hope for a resolution to keep me as a satisfied KitchenAid customer in the long term. I am eager to hear back before contacting a local repair company. A prompt response would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Scott B. [redacted] Arabian Run Dr Clarksville, Ohio [redacted]

I have a KitchenAid gas stove, model KSDG950ESS0, with serial number R[redacted]4 that I purchased from Crane's Appliance in Vineyard Haven, Massachusetts on March 14, [redacted]. For almost two years, I have been concerned about the danger of the burner control knobs. The knobs are risky as they easily turn off the gas even with slight contact. This has led to instances where gas has filled the house due to accidental knob turning. An oven mitt and cutting board were burnt to cinders once, and last week, my grandson and his fiancée inadvertently caused the house to fill with gas fumes. A technician visited on June 26th and acknowledged the design flaw but stated it couldn't be fixed. I urge KitchenAid to address this safety issue promptly by either making the stove safe or providing a replacement. Without a resolution, I am considering involving my attorney. Please ensure this complaint is forwarded to corporate headquarters. This matter needs immediate attention as my house will be rented out in August with children present. Thank you. Penny Parrot

I have been waiting since 7/2/18 for a call back regarding the delivery of a replacement microwave. Despite numerous attempts with long wait times on hold, I have not been successful in arranging this. While the online scheduling for a repair visit on 7/1/18 was efficient, I encountered difficulties due to the microwave being under warranty for replacement. The microwave is only four months old and is not heating up as it should. I was promised a follow-up call on 7/5 or 7/6/18, which has not occurred. Yesterday, I spent a considerable amount of time trying different phone numbers only to end up listening to "Sweet Home Alabama" on hold with no success in reaching a representative. I kindly request a call to organize the delivery and installation of the replacement microwave.

I have a claim number [redacted] with Kitchen Aid for a replacement microwave. The microwave is to be delivered to Pearson's Appliance at [redacted] Central Way, Fairfield, California, [redacted]. The warranty company won't install the microwave and I need to know who will cover the installation cost. This is the third microwave I've had to replace in 13 years. I had to buy a new trim kit last time due to size differences in replacement microwaves. I believe I shouldn't have to pay for installation or a new trim kit. Please provide me with the necessary information or direct me to someone who can help. Thank you. – Candice K. [redacted] Carole Ridge Court Fairfield, CA [redacted]

I bought a KitchenAid mixer, model KSM150PSER, serial number #W[redacted]5, from Everything Kitchens on May 9, [redacted]. After experiencing a loud "shrieking/chirping" sound and difficulties with locking, I fixed the lock issue using KitchenAid's tutorial. I addressed the noise problem by gradually running the machine through all speeds until it stopped. Although it worked well for a week, the noise returned along with some oil leakage. Concerned about these issues, I seek repair or replacement for my second KitchenAid stand mixer. Previously, I cherished my classic model for 37 years and highly recommend KitchenAid products. I am hopeful this matter can be resolved promptly. Thank you. - Lois R.

I purchased this refrigerator almost a year ago and encountered numerous issues. Initially, the water dispenser was faulty, leading to a replacement by Nebraska Furniture Mart. Despite this, the second unit also had problems dispensing water. KitchenAid suggested high water pressure was the cause, but tests showed it was within specifications. After replacing the filter and still having issues, I requested a third fridge. The new one dispensed water most of the time but had problems with the ice maker recently. Following multiple visits from service technicians, parts replacements, and discovering recalls, the ice maker still did not work. After contacting KitchenAid again, Crystal in resolutions offered a lesser model without a refund or alternative options. Despite spending a significant amount on a premium appliance and enduring vacation time dealing with these issues, I am disappointed by the lack of suitable resolution and the limited options presented by the company.

I received a KitchenAid coffee machine from my Amazon.com wedding registry in June [redacted]. The first one was defective, and a friend had Amazon send a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement has not been reliable. It stops halfway through brewing, the lights turn off, and sometimes it doesn't start at all. I hesitated to address this issue due to the disappointment with the original machine. This experience has made me reluctant to purchase another KitchenAid appliance, despite being a long-time customer with various KitchenAid products. The model in question is KitchenAid KCM1204WH 12-cup coffee maker with one-touch brewing in white. The replacement arrived in late July [redacted], putting it out of warranty, but I am hoping we can find a way to resolve this issue. I have owned less costly coffee machines from Walmart that have outlasted this one-year timeframe.

I recently bought a new KitchenAid panel-ready refrigerator for my kitchen upgrade from Durocher’s Appliance in Monroe, MI. Unfortunately, upon plugging it in, we discovered it wasn't cooling. It took five days for a repairman to find that the fan blade in the freezer was unconnected. This delay caused major issues with my contractor and cabinet maker's schedules as they were waiting to install the panels. We thought we might need a new refrigerator, which would mean removing and reinstalling the panels. This whole situation set everyone back almost a week due to a simple manufacturing error of leaving a fan blade in the freezer. I am disappointed with the quality control issue and would appreciate some form of compensation for the inconvenience. Best regards, D. Gutenschwager

I bought a Kitchenaid microwave, model KMHS120ESS, from Best Buy in July [redacted]. It got installed in August during my kitchen remodel. Around a year later, I started experiencing issues with the display showing "Door or Open/Close Door." I visited the Kitchenaid website and tried their troubleshooting guide, which initially helped but now the problem persists. I reached out to the Kitchenaid-approved repair service, but they said my warranty doesn't cover it anymore. I'd like to discuss getting this matter resolved under warranty since the problem arose within a year, and I postponed calling a repair service due to relying on Kitchenaid's troubleshooting steps. Thank you.

We bought a KitchenAid dishwasher from Home Depot and unfortunately, the first delivery was severely damaged. After waiting for over a week without any updates on redelivery, we went back to Home Depot. They informed us that the new delivery date is set for October 3rd. We placed the original order on September 5th under order H3[redacted]6 for the dishwasher model KDFE104HBL. Home Depot advised us to contact KitchenAid customer service as they claim the dishwasher was never reordered until we inquired, putting blame on your company. We are frustrated that it is taking so long to receive a new dishwasher and hope for some kind of compensation for this inconvenience. Thank you.

I purchased a KitchenAid fridge from Sears in January [redacted] and later got a matching dishwasher. After only 10 months, the fridge suddenly stopped working completely. I have been on the phone with KitchenAid for an hour troubleshooting, but it's still not fixed. They can't send a technician until next Monday, almost a week later. This is unacceptable, especially with Thanksgiving coming up. The fridge is under warranty, and I demand a new one immediately. Spending over $3,[redacted] on a fridge that breaks in just 10 months is unacceptable. I need a quick response to this issue.

I own a Countertop Oven, model KC0222, which performs well, but the heating element covers have accumulated grease and emit a strong odor after each use. Cooking chicken often leads to spatters, causing this issue. I am seeking advice on removing the metal heating element covers for cleaning or finding alternative methods to clean them while they remain in the oven. Unfortunately, using baking soda or other substances is challenging as they get stuck in the element's "holes." I wonder if there is a KitchenAid repair center in Santa Ana, CA, where I could have the covers cleaned or replaced. Thank you in advance for any recommendations.

I bought the KRMF706EBS refrigerator on July 16, [redacted], but I am still waiting for it. The expected delivery in mid-January [redacted] is unacceptable. Waiting for six months is frustrating, especially since I received the dishwasher and range just last week after a long delay. I had a much smoother experience purchasing the same series for another home about a year ago with no such delays. The retailer assures me the delay is not their fault. I am disappointed by KitchenAid's lack of concern for inconveniencing customers. Waiting five months with a possible arrival in January totals to six months, which feels like too long. I believe it's fair to request compensation like a discount, gift card, or something similar due to the significant and unexpected delay. I hope to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you. - Kim D. at Coast Wholesale Appliances in Coquitlam, BC. I am also concerned about facing a long wait for the limited [redacted] year anniversary heritage artisan mixer with the textured white bowl.

Model: KFIS29PBMS02 Serial Number: K[redacted]5 Second Service Request Number: [redacted] I bought the refrigerator in [redacted]. I contacted customer service on 12/18/18 at 2:54 PM because the freezer was not cooling. The representative assured me that the labor, parts, and diagnostic are all covered. They scheduled a technician to come on 12/24/18, but no one showed up. After the holidays, I spoke to Shaniyah in Georgia on 12/26/18. She discovered there was a mix-up with the accounts and explained the previous representative made mistakes regarding the warranty. After speaking with a supervisor, a new appointment was set for 1/2/18, and they promised a gift card for the inconvenience. However, I would rather have the refrigerator fixed. This situation has caused me two weeks without a working refrigerator, leading to a lot of wasted food. This started with the freezer not working and now the whole refrigerator is broken. I need this resolved promptly. Thank you.

I received a 14-cup coffee maker from my late mother last year after her passing. We discovered it wrapped, but I'm unsure of when or where she purchased it, but I do know she paid $[redacted] for it. Upon starting to use it at home, it has been the best coffee pot we've ever owned. However, today it suddenly stopped working. Although all the lights are on and it beeps when turned on, no water or coffee comes out. This is heartbreaking for me because my dear mother gifted it to me, and she passed away last February, so we've only had it for less than a year.

Dear KitchenAid Company, Happy 100th Anniversary! Your company's [redacted] years of innovation continue to inspire me, a soon-to-be 16-year-old aspiring pastry chef from Kentucky. My name is Aris Coker from Morganfield, KY, and I plan to attend Sullivan University to pursue my culinary dreams. While my family, who has been using a basic hand mixer for years due to budget constraints, may not be able to afford a KitchenAid stand mixer, we have saved $[redacted] towards it as we believe in the quality and durability of your products. A KitchenAid stand mixer would greatly benefit me as I work towards my pastry chef goals. I have long admired your products and would be immensely grateful if you could consider helping me by sending one. Please contact me at [redacted] Thank you for your consideration. We purchased a KitchenAid model KDFE204ESS3 dishwasher, serial number F[redacted], from Sears on January 30, [redacted]. Exactly two years later, on February 1, [redacted], the dishwasher stopped cleaning dishes properly. Although our warranty had expired, we were abroad and couldn't report the issue immediately. Upon our return on March 1st, a repairman mentioned the pump issues in KitchenAid dishwashers and suggested we reach out to see if an exception could be made due to the timing of our warranty expiration. Can you please advise if there is any possibility of getting our dishwasher fixed under warranty given these circumstances? Thank you. - J.M.
