I found a strange white piece inside a new box of Kellogg's Paw Patrol fruit snacks I bought for my grandson. It is about 1 1/4 inches long and 1/32 inch thick with white fibers in the middle. I purchased the box at Meijer in Kettering, Ohio, on November 3rd, [redacted]. I'm unable to locate the product code on the packaging. I wish I could show you a picture for quick identification and appropriate action. Regards, Thomas W. Kettering, Ohio

I recently visited your website to take advantage of your promotion. Being a Senior Citizen, I don't use many products, but I do have family members who could benefit. I checked the site periodically, not every week or month, and was surprised to see I had accumulated 65,[redacted] points when I logged in last night. However, today I was informed that I needed to re-register, which was quite unexpected. On other sites I use, I don't get kicked out if I'm inactive for a while. I found it frustrating that it's difficult to reach out to someone on your site unless it's for a specific reason. The experience made me feel unwelcome. I attempted to create a new password, but the site repeatedly indicated errors and eventually logged me out. Overall, I felt the site was not user-friendly. Sincerely, R. Daymon

I purchased Kellogg's blueberry waffles at Rouses in Ocean Springs, Mississippi in early December. I have been a loyal Kellogg's consumer since the late 60s until the mid-80s. However, I started noticing issues with the waffles, ranging from texture problems to significant price hikes. Recently, I found that Eggo's are not meeting the same quality standards. The waffles are thinner, taste different, and seem to have less batter. It makes me wonder if Kellogg's is using different ingredients. When I contacted Kellogg's customer service, they offered me coupons, but the compensation was disappointing. The coupon only covered a fraction of the waffles' cost, which added to the disappointment. I believe if Kellogg's returned to their original recipes and quality standards, customer satisfaction would improve, leading to increased sales and fewer complaints.

I was excited to have a bowl of Honey Smacks tonight, but after a few bites, I realized the taste was terrible. I had previously complained about the taste of Honeycombs, describing it as bad as wet cardboard. Sadly, Honey Smacks also disappoints, lacking the honey sweetness it promises. This experience makes me wary of Kellogg's products as you have now ruined two of my childhood favorites. I request a refund of $4.35 for the unsatisfactory Honey Smacks box I bought. I will dispose of it promptly as even insects and rodents would steer clear of this flavor. Please remember, if it's not broken, don't fix it.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Special K cereal due to small clear "beads" that nearly caused me to break a tooth. After discarding the first box, I purchased a second one and encountered the same issue. Shocked by the prevalence of this problem online, I am reaching out to inquire about what Kellogg's plans to do to address this issue. I will refrain from purchasing Kellogg's products until I receive a response, as my family's dental health is a priority. I hope to regain trust in your products soon so that I can reintroduce Special K into our breakfast routine. Thank you for your assistance. Tyler N. from Chico, CA.

Dear Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the quality of the pretzel crackers. My friends and I have noticed that they are consistently broken and overly baked, which impacts our enjoyment of the product. While the crackers are tasty, the high amount of breakage makes it difficult to serve them with cheese or sausage, as they do not present well. I have spent a significant amount of money on these crackers, hoping that the situation would improve with each purchase, but unfortunately, it has not. My colleagues and friends all love the taste of the crackers, but the poor quality is affecting our overall experience. I would appreciate it if you could address this issue, possibly through providing some coupons for the inconvenience and wasted money. It is clear that there may be quality control problems that need to be addressed. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Nellie

We recently bought your Pops cereal, and my 10-year-old's tooth broke due to a hard kernel-like piece in the box. I'm uncertain if this was an isolated incident, but I believe her tooth wasn't ready to come out, causing concern. While my daughter enjoys your products, I hope this won't happen again, potentially affecting other kids' teeth development. I'm reaching out to ensure you address this matter to prevent similar issues for other customers. I trust the manufacturer will handle it appropriately and ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I enjoyed the Blueberry Lemon Special K, but it's no longer available in Shreveport, LA. Initially, I was hesitant about the blueberry and lemon mix, but once I tried it, I was pleasantly surprised. To make it more appealing, perhaps the combination could be renamed to "Zesty Blueberry" without emphasizing the lemon. If it's still sold in other regions, I'm interested in purchasing a case.

I am choosing to boycott all breakfast cereals from now on due to the findings that many are still contaminated by weed killer. It is crucial to me that there is absolutely zero tolerance for pesticides, antibiotics, or any chemicals in the food I consume. I urge all cereal manufacturers to switch to [redacted]% organic, zero pesticide-grown crops or cease their operation entirely. The use of crops from factory farms with pesticides must end. It is time for the industry to prioritize health over profit and for government officials to stop supporting these unhealthy products. I will continue my boycott of all cereals until these changes are made.

"I am boycotting all cereals due to the contamination with weed killer. I will never purchase any cereals again. I only accept zero pesticides, antibiotics, or chemicals in my food. I demand all cereals sourced from factory farmed crops be removed from the market and replaced with [redacted]% organic, zero pesticide grown crops. All manufacturing equipment must be sterilized before using organic crops to ensure no traces of pesticides remain. Stop using crops from factory farms that employ pesticides. I am fed up with industry practices and government officials promoting unsafe products. I will continue to boycott all cereals."

I am a fan of your Flip Sides thins, but I am consistently disappointed because every time I purchase them, they are all broken inside the box. It's frustrating as I cannot serve them like this on a party tray. The box appears undamaged, so it seems the products are being packed already in poor condition. This has occurred multiple times, and it makes us question your quality control procedures. We would like to continue buying them, but without a resolution to this issue, we may have to stop. Thank you for addressing this matter.

Dear Kelloggs, I appreciate the information you've shared regarding gender identity. I miss when companies focused on creating top-notch products rather than promoting political ideologies. As a result of the release of your new "All Together" cereal, I've decided to make it my final Kellogg purchase. It's important to recognize that diversity is similar to different cereal flavors - not all will cater to everyone, and that's why various options exist. People with similar views often come together, much like diverse cultures worldwide. I support individuals pursuing their preferred sexual identities, but I prefer not to have it forcefully advocated. My wife and I don't impose our heterosexuality on others publicly. I have one clear message for Kelloggs: If you truly advocate for diversity and inclusivity, you should discontinue all other cereals and solely offer "All Together." Practice what you preach, or reconsider your message altogether. While I doubt Kellogg's executives will read or address this email, I'm curious when you intend to fully embrace inclusivity in your cereal line and phase out the segregation of different brands. Best, M. J.

I surrender! You've got me. If your goal was to frustrate the consumer, then you have succeeded. I have been entering codes and collecting points since your program started. When I saw the Free Book Promotion, I was excited because I have 20 grandchildren and manage two Little Free Libraries in my community, so this was a great opportunity to get books. Everything began well, then suddenly — what happened — NOTHING! When I attempt to log in, I receive messages such as: Your Kellogg’s® account has been locked because your email and/or password was entered incorrectly too many times. To unlock your account now, please click the link below and log in with your email address and password. If you don’t click the link in the next hour, your account will automatically be unlocked. When I follow the link and reset my password, the screen keeps scrolling — and I receive another error message. I tried your Get Human and did speak with a human who mentioned there were technical issues and advised me to keep trying — that was in September. WHAT IS GOING ON??? I am unable to log in, unable to accumulate points, and unable to receive the 3 books I was supposed to get because I had enough points for three books. You have just lost a long-time Kellogg’s customer. I've been eating Rice Krispies since I was old enough to chew — and I'm now 74. No more. You have lost my trust and support. Sincerely, Valerie G. While working at Apl in the Minooka plant, I experienced discrimination and intimidation from management, supervisors, and leads. I feel it is important to address these issues openly now. Allegations of drug use and sales among first-shift office staff, including individuals like Kyle Villagomez, Kristi Balla, Robbie Whitehead, and Andrew Lundi, are concerning. Moreover, I felt pressured by Andrew Lundi after refusing to date him, which is unacceptable. My termination after raising complaints to James only exacerbates these concerns. The workplace environment has significantly deteriorated from what it once was. It's disheartening that upper management portrays a positive image when these issues prevail. There is a culture of intimidation and retaliation for those who do not conform to certain expectations. It's crucial for individuals like Robbie Whitehead and Kristi Balla to address the drug-related activities happening on the premises. Additionally, issues around personal relationships in the workplace involving individuals like Jeremy Hawkins and Andrew Lundi should be addressed promptly, regardless of their marital status.

A month ago, I contacted your office about finding a ginger root-like item in my box of Rice Krispies. The representative mentioned sending a link to share a photo, which I never received. Instead, I got 2 cereal coupons, but since I had already discarded the affected box, it didn't fully compensate. I didn't participate in the satisfaction survey due to the unresolved issue. With my husband being a loyal cereal eater for 45 years, we are disappointed by the response. We kept the foreign item and have a photo if needed. What steps do you suggest we take next?

Kellogg's is currently running a promotion offering free tickets to the new Spongebob movie with the purchase of 5 participating products. I have purchased 5 items, uploaded the receipt as proof, but have not received credit. I have been unable to reach customer service by phone as it is always busy, and my emails through their website have gone unanswered. I am eager to resolve this before the deadline of 7/31/20 to gift the tickets to a friend and her children who would not be able to afford the movie otherwise. Thank you, Jennifer W.

I recently purchased a 15.3-ounce package of Honey Smacks at Fred Meyer in Seattle. Unfortunately, upon opening the box, I discovered the sealed package was torn open, leading to cereal spillage and staleness. I suspect a machinery malfunction during production. The production number is VA C 08 [redacted], and surprisingly, the cereal was made in Spain. Despite my attempts, the store refuses to issue a refund. As a senior on a fixed income, this situation is concerning. I have photos of the box and its contents if needed. Contact me at [redacted] should you require further information. - E. B. from Seattle

I am experiencing issues with the [redacted] number not working. I am unable to register for the Family Rewards program and redeem the "buy 1 box, get 1 free book" offer. The codes provided are not valid, resulting in no books being received for the Kellogg's products purchased. Despite multiple emails sent, there has been no resolution since August [redacted]. It is frustrating that no one can acknowledge or address the problem. The customer service hotline, [redacted], only plays a recording and then disconnects, causing further frustration. Attempts to contact [redacted] have also been unsuccessful. The children are disappointed as they cannot complete the transactions due to the invalid codes and technical issues. It is important to receive the books and rewards before the program ends. This is just a brief summary of the ongoing service issues.

The cereal I bought recently had fruit on the packaging but did not specify if it was sweetened. I tried the special k with blueberries and lemon, and it was not to my taste at all. I am hesitant to open the other boxes I bought (just blueberries, cranberries, and bananas) because of this experience. Now, I have 3 unopened boxes and one open box of cereal that I won't eat. If I had known it was sweetened, I wouldn't have bought it. Unfortunately, I can't return the unopened boxes because I don't have the receipts, and they were purchased at different times.

I recently bought 3 boxes of Cheez-Its for the kids at my home daycare. They love them as they are a healthy and affordable snack option. I started this daycare to help working single parents in need of safe childcare, especially during late hours. Although I provide food for the children, times are tough for me too. One of the boxes of white cheddar crackers had a cut in the bag, but when I tried to exchange it at the store, they refused. I am reaching out for assistance in getting a refund or replacement for the damaged product. I appreciate any support for the kids. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Feel free to contact me at my email, [redacted], with any questions or concerns.
