Keenfootwear.com Customer Service Issues

I have purchased numerous pairs of Keen Targhee waterproof shoes over the years, at least 6 or 7 to be exact. Initially, they are fantastic shoes, providing excellent water protection for the first 6 to 9 months. However, after some time, they start to lose their water resistance, particularly in the toe area which always ends up getting wet. After closely inspecting all my pairs, I found a recurring issue in the construction. The glue connecting the toe and the black sole to the side panel that extends from the toe to the ankle seems to be the weak point in all my shoes. Additionally, there are signs of abrasion on the side panel surface, although I don't believe this is the main problem. I would greatly appreciate it if the product design and quality control teams at Keen could investigate and address this issue. Thank you, Kevin J.
