I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent Juul order that was processed without my consent for a recurring payment. I am currently studying abroad, and this unauthorized charge of $[redacted] has caused me significant distress, as it was debited from an account that I rely on while overseas. I have already initiated a dispute with my bank regarding this matter to prevent any further unauthorized charges.
Furthermore, I need to address the quality of the previous order I received a month ago. Despite ordering 12 boxes, I encountered multiple Juul pods that contained nicotine, making me feel physically ill. While I refrained from complaining initially due to my loyalty to Juul as a customer, I can no longer overlook these issues.
I did not authorize the recent charge, and I demand that the pending shipment be stopped and my funds be refunded promptly. As a student with limited resources, this situation has caused me undue stress and financial strain. Please resolve this matter immediately and refrain from sending any additional unwanted products.

Lately, I have noticed that both Mango and Mint Juul pods are not performing well. Despite following Juul's maintenance guidelines and using the pods gently, the Mango flavor especially leaks throughout the day. This leaking issue also affects the Mint pods to a lesser extent. I am a loyal customer who switched from smoking cigarettes with Juul's help. However, if the pod quality does not improve, I will have to explore other options as it is costly to keep buying unsatisfactory pods. I have tried troubleshooting as advised, checked other forums for solutions, but nothing has worked. I believe in the bigger picture of transitioning from tobacco to e-cigarettes, but the recent pod quality disappointments are disheartening. I hope Juul can address this issue promptly and uphold their reputation for meeting customer expectations. Thank you for considering my feedback.

Hello, I have been using your product since March of this year. I have smoked for fifty years, and your product has been a wonderful replacement. My issue lies with the pods. Out of every 4-pack I purchase, there is an increasing number of pod failures. They only work if I unplug and reinsert them, but then only for a couple of hits. I clean my device with every pod change, so that's not the problem. This situation is frustrating and costly. If I continue to experience this high failure rate, I may have to seek an alternative to Juul. In my latest 4-pack, only one pod worked. I truly like your product and hope there is a solution.

Hello, I am experiencing issues with my Juul device under warranty due to a sudden phone number mismatch on my account. This has prevented me from receiving a replacement Juul. My JUUL is not producing any vapor whatsoever. I've cleaned it numerous times, experimented with various flavors, and attempted to eliminate air bubbles by tapping the pods on a surface gently. The charging indicator on the device is green when it is connected to the charging port, but upon disconnection, it does not display any light, despite my attempts to check the battery status by double-tapping. I recently acquired this pod only a few hours ago. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am Maria M. from Union City, Georgia. I am concerned about the negative publicity surrounding juul. The media coverage has upset me greatly. Juul products are meant to deliver controlled amounts of nicotine to help individuals cope with withdrawal symptoms. The devices producing large plumes of vapor that are causing controversy are not Juul products. Comparing it to chewing gum, as if I had a 5 mg gum, the way some individuals inhale these non-Juul products is concerning for adult lungs. I am frustrated by this misrepresentation. I have used Juul responsibly in the past and feel unfairly targeted by those using similar products irresponsibly. I have a quick question: Do your flavored pods contain Vitamin E Acetate? There have been concerns about its potential connection to health issues. I'm interested in trying Juul to quit smoking cigarettes, but I want to ensure my safety. I have observed a new square-shaped perforated packaging for the 3% mint pods. Lately, though, I've received the pods in the old packaging, which are now a yellow color and have a disgustingly different taste. It seems like every pack I received was affected. Even after vaping for years, I can tell that the propylene glycol in the pods has gone bad due to oxidation from sitting on the shelf for too long. Unfortunately, I cannot exchange or return the pods, so I have had to dispose of entire packs due to the unpleasant taste.

I am having trouble with the pods I purchased; they seem stale even after multiple attempts. The quality does not match what I usually get from other vendors. Hello, my name is Jimi D'Angelo, and I am 50 years old. I have been smoking for 30 years and have been wanting to quit, but not abruptly. With the uncertainty surrounding E-cigs, vaping, and lung diseases, smokers like me are unsure of what to do. I came across your device and was interested in trying it, so I looked for a free trial. However, I was disheartened to find out that in order to access your product, I have to sign up for and purchase other items I do not want. This approach seems unfair to me. I am simply looking for a free trial of a disposable pen with no flavor to see if it suits me before committing to buying a kit. I am willing to purchase if it works for me, but I am cautious about spending $40 to $50 upfront. I hope you can offer a free trial for me to try your product. If not, I understand. I recently purchased 4 Juul pods from juul.com, and unfortunately, all of them are not performing well. I have tried multiple pods from different packs, but they all fail to provide a decent hit. Despite hitting it many times, I was unable to get the expected results. While I usually prefer Juul over other brands and have not encountered such issues before, these pods have been consistently disappointing. I attempted to exchange them for new ones as per the instructions on their website, but I require the order number which I have already discarded. Unlike other online stores that store order history, Juul does not, making it challenging to proceed with the exchange. I am returning the pods with one missing from each pack as proof of the issue, even though Juul may request evidence of purchase. Despite my efforts to contact customer service, I have received no response. Consequently, I will be sending the pods to their Corporate office via priority mail for further evaluation.

I contacted support about an unexpected auto-ship email. Despite being told it was cancelled, I was still charged. The response stated I was not enrolled in auto-ship and it was canceled. Yet, I was charged. I need auto-ship stopped and a refund for the latest charge.

I am experiencing difficulty placing an order and am currently using a "SEA" mango pod on my JUUL battery to substitute. I am unable to proceed with age verification despite multiple attempts through various means of communication. Despite reaching out via live chat, phone calls, and emails, I have not been able to resolve the issue. Even setting up a new account did not work as I did not receive the verification code. Unfortunately, the customer support team did not allow me to speak with a supervisor or offer a solution beyond stating "Nothing I can do." I have a record of my live chat and was informed that my last call was recorded. It seems that obtaining help from them has been consistently challenging.

I've been using Juul Virginia tobacco and classic tobacco pods for over a year now. Lately, I've noticed that the last few packages I purchased from Walgreens or Wawa convenience stores have been leaking liquid nicotine when I use them. Order number: R[redacted]13. I purchased two packs of cream Brulé 5 mg pods and a portable charger. I received the charger but not the cream pods. I have not had any issues with defective pods. I've placed more orders since and plan to order a five-pack for the extra free pack of 5 mg creme brûlée pods. Before ordering more, I need to resolve the missing items with my second order. My first order was the Juul device with a 4 flavor sample pack. Though I believed I signed up for AutoShip, my account doesn't confirm it. I recently purchased a Juul about a month ago, and it suddenly stopped working. I tested the charging dock with a new Juul, which functioned fine. Therefore, the issue lies with the Juul itself. I even tried charging my original Juul on the new dock, but it still didn't respond. Despite cleaning it thoroughly, the device remains inactive. I'm seeking guidance on how to exchange this faulty Juul for a new one. Unfortunately, I no longer have the receipt or the box as I was unaware I would need them. It's disheartening to replace such an expensive item monthly, especially given the high cost of the pods. My brother has owned the same Juul for over a year without any problems. While parents should monitor their children, adults have the right to choose what they purchase. Juul can be a beneficial option for those wanting to switch from tobacco or avoid marijuana. The inconsistencies between regulations can be confusing for young people. Highlighting the "Must be 21" rule could be advantageous in clarifying the age restrictions on these products.

I have been purchasing mint Juul pods for approximately 2 years from the same place unless I am out of town. I usually buy a 4-pack every 2-3 days. Lately, I have been experiencing a high number of leaky pods, which is disappointing given their price. I have had at least 4 leaky pods this week alone. Despite storing them correctly with the mouthpiece up, they still leak. Is there any way for me to recover my losses aside from saving and sending the pods back? I am currently attempting to quit smoking and would greatly appreciate some assistance. I visited your website in search of a free trial e-cigarette. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to successfully place an order or sign up. I reached out to your team to report the issue and inquired about receiving an unflavored e-cigarette for free as advertised. I expressed my willingness to support your company by purchasing products if the e-cigarette helps me quit traditional cigarettes. However, I have not received a resolution to my initial problem. I am disappointed and dissatisfied with the service so far. My main goal is to try your product to aid in my smoking cessation journey.
