Our family business is utilizing a Canadian hosting provider named Host Upon. Recently, we completed a renewal for a 3-year package with the company. Surprisingly, we have been receiving repeated emails from JustHost, a service we've never used, claiming that our hosting services with them will expire shortly. Further investigation revealed that our outdated credit card details were present in their system along with our website's domain address. To add to the confusion, the invoice indicates we were on a free trial, although we have never utilized their services or remember signing up for a trial period. Despite contacting them, JustHost has been unhelpful and is insisting on us selecting their 3-year plan priced at over $[redacted], exceeding our budget constraints. Any advice on handling this situation would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! :)

Yesterday, when I attempted to access my website, ontology.co, I encountered the ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS error message while using Chrome. However, my FTP is functioning correctly.
If you visit ontology.co, you will encounter the same error message.
In response to my inquiry, I received the following message: "Thank you for your patience. I apologize for the inconvenience. This issue is known to be originating from the server's end, affecting multiple users. I have escalated your case to our Technical team for investigation and resolution. We appreciate your patience during this time."

I subscribed to the JustHost Pro Web Hosting plan on January 19, [redacted]. The plan description, both when I signed up and currently, specifies that the SSL certificate is part of the plan. However, I recently got an email from JustHost informing me of an $80.04 charge to renew the SSL on January 24, [redacted], one year later. When I contacted their support, I was informed that the SSL is actually included only for the first year. This information was not clear in the plan description. The email also mentioned a double charge totaling $[redacted].96 with tax, but the support staff assured me it was an error. Given the pricing of the Pro Web Hosting plan, I believe the SSL should be included for the entire plan duration and am seeking a response from JustHost.

Hello everyone, I hope you're all having a great day. I've been using Elementor on WordPress to update my website for about a week now. Everything looks good when I make changes and preview them using Elementor, but when I check from other browsers, devices, or incognito mode, the updates are not showing and the old version is still visible. I've tried various solutions over the past week, but nothing seems to be working. Could this possibly be a server caching problem? Thank you for your help.
