I placed an order for two products but only wanted one. I tried to cancel the unwanted item online but couldn't find an option. I emailed customer service, but unfortunately, both products were canceled. The customer care number is not working, and I urgently need the product. I'm unsure if I will still receive it. Can someone please clarify if I'll receive the product or not?

I purchased Jockey [redacted]% Cotton Men's T-Shirts (white) in size L/G/G (42 - 44) at Woodbury Commons Outlet in New York State. They were likely bought within the last year. These T-shirts made in Honduras have printed labels and 5 out of 6 shirts have holes within the printed label areas. The rest of the shirts are in average condition. Even though I am not rough on my clothing, I am surprised by this issue. I appreciate the quality of Jockey products, like the colored Full-Rise Briefs I own. However, I find the printed labels on these T-Shirts concerning. I wanted to bring this defect to your attention, as I believe you are already aware of it. It is important to me that the quality standards of your products meet customer expectations.

Hello. I'm uncertain if this is the appropriate department to reach out to, but I'm Kendra Childers, and I have two sons, Gavin and Wyatt Daugherty, both dealing with Severe Hemophilia A with inhibitors. Unfortunately, our family has faced significant challenges, as their father was abusive towards us, leading to a tragic event where he was paralyzed by the police and later took his own life in front of us. Additionally, about a year ago, I suffered from three strokes that caused left brain damage, resulting in PTSD for myself and my children. Consequently, my sons struggle with separation anxiety from me. Currently, I have applied for disability benefits and am awaiting a response due to our tight financial situation, making it difficult to provide for my children. I have heard about your clothes, socks, and underwear donations and I am reaching out to ask if there is anything you could donate for my two sons. I would like to clarify that I am not seeking assistance for myself. If this is the appropriate channel, could you please forward this message to the relevant department? Thank you. 🙏

While shopping at the Deer Park Jockey Tanger location with a friend, we tried to use an email offer for an additional discount. The salesperson said he couldn't apply it without a SQU number, insisting it was for online purchases only. I was frustrated as I believed Jockey would not limit discounts to online purchases only. After revisiting the email, I found the scanning box for the discount. When I tried to re-enter the store, the salesperson had locked the door. I returned the next day to express my dissatisfaction with his approach. Despite returning all items, he only scanned the pre-cut discount symbol later. His behavior was unacceptable, especially his treatment of the cashier during the return process. This experience has made me reconsider shopping at Jockey, and even deterred my friend, a first-time shopper, from returning. It's disappointing to encounter such poor customer service from a representative of the company. My friend plans to travel back (despite living 45 minutes away) to get a refund, underscoring our disappointment with the whole situation.

Subject: Shorted Items in Order # [redacted]2 Dear Jockey Customer Service, I recently received my order, but I noticed that two pairs of the men's Jockey Sport Anchor Grey Cooling Mesh bikinis were missing. Although the platinum pair was included, the package and packing slip indicate that the other two pairs were not enclosed. Could you please confirm if the missing items will be shipped out to me? Additionally, I would like to inquire about a possible credit for the overpayment. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with information on how you plan to rectify this issue. Thank you, Stu C., order # [redacted]2 I am disappointed that my previous email regarding this matter was left unanswered.

On Friday, February 6th, I bought two packages of Jockey Classic Full-Rise Briefs at Kohls in Forked River, NJ for $26.00 each. One package had the "4+1 free" bonus pack with five pairs, but the second package only had four pairs. Both appeared sealed, and I specifically chose these for the bonus pair. I don't wish for a refund or exchange from Kohls, but I kindly ask Jockey to send me one pair of Classic Full-Rise Briefs in size 36. I understand this may seem unusual, but at 73 years old, I've worn Jockey briefs most of my life, and I felt shortchanged with this purchase. Thank you for your time and consideration. Robert A. Steuer Sr.

I purchased and paid for 4 shirts from Jockey.ph, but they took a whole week to ship my order, even though payment was made online. After having to send a follow-up email to the order confirmation, they finally shipped it. However, upon receiving the package on Saturday, I discovered that I only received 3 shirts instead of the 4 I paid for. I have photographic evidence of the missing item and have tried contacting them via email, but so far, I have been ignored. When I contacted logistics, they stated that the issue lies with Jockey's packing process. I am requesting a refund for the missing item and am extremely dissatisfied with the poor level of customer service experienced - I have no intention to order from Jockey.ph again.
