Please rename ISD to ISTD and FISD in India. The reason is that I was mistakenly charged when making calls from another country. I was charged [redacted] twice for making international calls from India. The same issue occurred with data charges when I purchased the cricket pack. As a non-tech-savvy 80-year-old, I rely on clear information from your website, which currently does not clearly distinguish between calling India from outside and calling another country from India. I have been experiencing very slow internet issues for the past 2-3 months in my current location at Jagatpur, Ghormara, Mohanpur, Deoghar, Jharkhand- [redacted].
I have made multiple complaints via phone calls, but the problem has not been resolved yet. Every time I call, I receive sympathetic responses but no actual solution is provided.
I kindly request that this issue be addressed and fixed as soon as possible.

Finally, after some days, I managed to get my new number. The unsettling part is discovering that the driver who picked me up wasn't the actual Ola driver, raising concerns about the authenticity of the situation. Now, I am eager to trace my lost Jio number's last location before the device was turned off on January 20th night, hoping it can assist in locating my missing phone.
