I purchased a Kona Satori mountain bike (Order #: 276364DJILLC) that arrived on 6/12/20. Initially, I chose this bike due to its geometry meant to provide a comfortable riding experience. After assembling it and testing it on nearby trails, I found that the distance between the seat and bars is too close for me to ride comfortably. The forward seating position makes the ride unsuitable and unsafe, contrary to the website's description. Despite riding it just a few miles on a trail, the bike is in impeccable condition. I understand that Jenson USA typically does not accept returns on used items, but given the significant investment in a bike that doesn't meet my needs, I am hoping for a refund. I am looking to return the bike and would appreciate assistance with this process.
