I have not received my order despite reaching out to Jamie and Jack via email and phone calls. I was advised to dispute the charge with my bank, but I prefer not to do so as I trust the relationship I have with the company. Joshua assured me a refund within 24 hours, yet upon follow-up, the issue persists. Bee was unprofessional and unhelpful, claiming they were unable to assist, and mentioned a supervisor would call me at an unspecified time.

I placed an order on Sunday with order number J[redacted]7. Since then, the same items have been further discounted and now come with free shipping. I am requesting a credit for the price difference, which amounts to $19.40. My order was only shipped recently, and I have not yet received the items that are now even more discounted. Despite trying to contact customer service three times, I was disconnected after lengthy waits each time. It's disappointing that there are no agents available online to assist with customer support. This is my first experience ordering from Janie and Jack, and I am frustrated with the lack of customer service support.
