Jackson Hewitt Customer Service Issues

I need help understanding what happened to my federal refund. I am having trouble with this Serve card. The person I spoke to initially said she couldn't assist me because she is not a tax preparer. She then transferred me to someone else who abruptly disconnected the call. When I called back to ask for their names, both individuals were uncooperative and rude. The man refused to speak, and the woman only provided me with the card number before hanging up again.

I received a total tax refund for [redacted] of $3,[redacted]. After deducting fees, my refund was $3,[redacted], divided between Federal ($2,[redacted]) and State ($[redacted]). I recently changed my filing status from single to married but separated in March. Due to a mix-up with my ex's SSN, the Jackson Hewitt office in Jonesboro charged me fees twice, resulting in a Federal return of only $2,[redacted]. I've explained the issue to the agent who acknowledged the mistake, but the manager refused to rectify it. The Jonesboro office owes me $[redacted]. I am disappointed with the unprofessional and rude behavior displayed by the manager during our interaction.
