I had a trip scheduled for December 10th to 11th, but unfortunately, weather conditions led to the cancellation of my flight. On December 9th, I contacted the hotel to confirm my cancellation due to these unforeseen circumstances. I was assured I would not be charged.
However, I recently discovered a charge of $[redacted].46 on my card. When I called the hotel, initially, they couldn't find any record of my cancellation. After speaking to a manager named Merissia, I was informed that they acknowledged my cancellation but were unable to reverse the charges. Merissia bluntly mentioned there was nothing she could do and abruptly ended the call.
Upon calling again and requesting a Marriott Corporate Number, I expressed my disappointment with the lack of accountability at smaller Marriott locations. Despite being a loyal Marriott guest, the situation left me frustrated. I am insistent on having the $[redacted].46 refund processed promptly.

Hello, good evening. I'm just writing to inform you that I have previously contacted you but have not received any response. Your customer service is very poor. My name is Elsa Alcocer and my husband is Jesús Guevara, ID [redacted]. We came to Panama to celebrate our wedding anniversary and chose the Residence Inn at Pacific Center. It has been a real nightmare as for over 30 days, every night the fire alarm goes off, waking us up at 1, 2, 4, and 5 in the morning. We have to call reception to verify if it's true or a false alarm. We have requested to speak with the manager, but she never shows up. It's a pity that I have always preferred Marriott for important celebrations in my life, and they do this. Our 40th wedding anniversary has been ruined. We are older individuals wanting to rest, eat well, and everything has been ruined by this hotel. I would appreciate a response. Thank you. S.

Hello, this is Bhushan. Recently, I came across a job opening at JW Marriott Bangalore for a stores executive or stores assistant position. I have been having trouble applying through the official website's career page. When I try to apply, the first step requires a contact number to send a verification code, but I don't receive the code. Additionally, when I enter my email address, I do not receive any verification email. On one occasion when I managed to fill out the application, after completing all the necessary fields and clicking submit, I received an error stating my email address is already in the database and prompting me to log in. I am unsure why this is happening when I try to submit my application online. I am genuinely interested in working in this industry and believe I am well-suited for the job I am applying for. I would like to report an issue with a stay at JW Marriott Cancun Resort & Spa in Mexico. Mr. Vishal Malik stayed there from May 22nd to 25th for the International Franchise conference. Even though the accommodation fee was supposed to be covered by the organizer, the receptionist asked Mr. Malik to pay for 3 nights, totaling Mexicocurrency 28,[redacted].89 upon check-out. We have reached out to the organizer and the hotel via email without any response. We kindly request an investigation into this matter and ask for JW Marriott Cancun to refund the amount to Mr. Malik's AMEX credit card, which was used for payment. Thank you.
