I have been in contact with someone who goes by the name "1niceguy" from Redondo Beach, CA, and had planned to visit him based on our conversations. As time passed, I discovered his real name is Ralph Owen Schneider, not 75 but actually turning 81 soon. The way he abruptly ended things to pursue a relationship with a neighbor was quite hurtful, especially mentioning it on my birthday. I value being a priority in any relationship, not just an option for the future. I attempted to rejoin the site to maybe connect with others but found myself blocked without any explanation. Although I can create a new profile or pay for membership, it's disheartening to not understand the reason behind the block.

My app crashed, I cleared the history but I'm unsure if the cache and cookies were cleared as well. I'm having trouble signing in, receiving a message that says "NONE." I used to sign in with my old account through Facebook ([redacted]), which I no longer need - please delete it. I believe my new account might be [redacted], but I'm not sure. I've paid for two monthly subscriptions in February and March [redacted], possibly with the email [redacted] I also received a message I need to reply to from someone in Montreal. Please refrain from charging my account again as there are insufficient funds at the moment. I need to discuss and resolve this issue at your earliest convenience. Thank you. In September [redacted], I paid JDate $[redacted] but never received any membership confirmation. I recently discovered the subscription on my iPhone. This situation seems like fraud, and I demand a refund or assistance with setting up my membership. Please contact me at [redacted] or my email.

I recently received an email alerting me of suspected fraud on my Jdate account. I assure you that no fraudulent activity has taken place. I am willing to provide any necessary verification to clear up this misunderstanding. I kindly request the reinstatement of my account. Thank you, M.

Recently, I received a notification from JDate about a user I should avoid. Although I haven't communicated with this person, I would like to cancel my JDate subscription promptly. I've had trouble reaching JDate by phone, and I am unfamiliar with Get Human. I hope that a customer service representative sees this message and advises me on the steps to cancel my subscription by today or no later than July 31st.

I have been trying all day to reply to a message from a date who sent a detailed message, but I haven't been able to respond. How can I address this issue? I paid a significant amount for this service, and on the first day, I received many responses from nice men. However, now when I attempt to reply, the system kicks me out. This is my eighth attempt to write a response. I desire to reply promptly when I try to respond to the message; the system keeps logging me out. I would appreciate your assistance with this matter.

I have been unable to respond to the man who contacted me on Monday. It has been three days, and I am still unable to access the platform. This is the 14th letter I have written to you. I tried calling the phone number provided, but it led nowhere. I've completed my bio and added photos, but every time I try to respond, it asks me to fill out my bio and add photos again. I've done this many times. Where are you? This is frustrating. Your response time is too slow. Please improve your service.

I received matches that mainly prefer women 10 to 20 years younger than me, making them unsuitable matches as I am 82 years old. Men in the age range of 76 to 89 were suggested, despite seeking someone younger. This doesn't align with my profile. I am disappointed with the service as I expected more appropriate matches. I have been a member for 3 months with no successful contacts. Despite being a confident, healthy, and sociable woman, I have encountered scammers from California, Florida, and Connecticut.
