Terrebonne Ford in Houma, Louisiana should not have received any award. I had a terrible experience there. A manager fired me when he found out I was looking for another job. The workplace was uncomfortable with incidents like being asked to sit on a coworker's lap and witnessing drug use. I felt unsafe and unwelcome. At the Employee Christmas party, multiple salesmen, including Keith Barker, were smoking marijuana, which is illegal. This company doesn't do background checks or drug tests on their staff. They are unprofessional and don't deserve accolades.

I hired Window World for a $25,[redacted] window and siding project after seeing they were "Ranked #1 by J.D. Power." Have you read the customer complaints online? This company has been a nightmare! Every issue mentioned matches our experience - poor quality work, nonexistent customer service, unfulfilled promises, and subpar products. We signed the contract on 4/5/19 with the assurance that it would be done by Memorial Day. However, they only started on June 28, and even after 2 months, the job remains unfinished. The sliding door is damaged, and the original crew's work was incompetent. Despite emailing the manager with photos of the mess, he never responded. We had to contact him directly to get any attention. They outsource the work, but nobody ensures it's done properly or even done at all! Please reconsider your rating of this company! Their indifference to customers is shocking. My son owns a roofing business, his friend does floor refinishing, and another friend is a remodeler - all are shocked by this company's operations. Change the rating to -10 to warn others about their poor service and work quality.

I've encountered two situations where companies allege, based on your company, that (a) the cost to replace a totaled car was supposedly evaluated by you as worth less than half its actual value after contacting over one hundred dealers. The same issue arose with medical bills, and currently, I am facing a debt of over $[redacted] for services rendered. No matter where I seek information, I am consistently met with the same responses linking back to JD Powers. It appears that these companies might be exploiting your firm's assessments to evade their payment responsibilities.

Insurance companies, both auto and medical, often reference JD Power's data to justify their pricing. However, after comparing their rates to actual market prices, I am concerned that they may be misusing JD Power's reputation to validate their payouts. I am exploring legal action regarding the discrepancies between real replacement or medical costs and the figures provided by these insurers. I believe in the integrity of JD Power's information but question the honesty of The Hartford Auto insurance program. To gather evidence, I am seeking clarity on these differences.

I recently chose to refinance my home in San Antonio based on Quicken Loans' high JD Power ratings, aiming to lower my interest rate from 3.85% to 2.75%. I have a long history of home financing, having managed multiple properties, but my current experience with Quicken Loans has been my most challenging. Despite my strong credit score of [redacted] and substantial income of nearly $190K annually, the process took longer than expected. Quicken Loans repeatedly requested the same documents and struggled to arrange for an appraiser for six weeks. The transaction ultimately fell through due to a document related to my solar system, with confusion over who was responsible for obtaining it. This frustrating experience has left me thoroughly disappointed. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate Quicken Loans a 1.
