Subject: Issue with Order Number [redacted]
I am writing to address the lack of communication I have experienced from Island Company in relation to my back-ordered Rash Guard. Despite reaching out via email and phone, I have not received any response, as the numbers provided were disconnected.
I received the incorrect item, a tank valued at $9.60, instead of the Rash Guard that was marked as back-ordered on my packing slip. After notifying Island Company of this error and inquiring about the status of the Rash Guard, I have yet to hear back.
I kindly request a refund of $25.50 for the undelivered Rash Guard. As a returning customer, I am disappointed by the lack of response and mix-up with my order.
