I, Ryan Stephens, living at [redacted] W Quinn #[redacted], Pocatello, [redacted], have been on total disability for the past 18 years. Recently, I have been without a heat source for several weeks, resulting in my water lines freezing and causing frostbite in both of my feet. The situation is causing me serious pain. It is unacceptable for anyone to endure such conditions, regardless of the financial implications. The actions of the gas company are inexcusable. Despite my stubbornness and mental challenges, I would never intentionally jeopardize another person's well-being. It is not right for the gas company to ignore the fact that customers like me rely on federal, state, and local assistance. If my gas service is not restored, I will have no choice but to seek legal help through the appropriate channels.
