I am seeking advice regarding the BIOS version of my nuc6i5syk. Upon noticing that version 33 has been removed from the Intel download page, marked as "invalid," I am unsure whether to downgrade back to v28 or wait for a newer BIOS update. I previously attempted to clarify this with a reply, but it was unexpectedly canceled, leading me to wonder why the question was hidden by a moderator. Given the webpage's directive to revert to version [redacted] from the now-invalid version [redacted], I am curious if it is safe to continue using the current version 33 or if downgrading is necessary. Should I proceed with the downgrade, I am also inquiring about the safest method to do so without causing harm to the computer, as there is a cautionary note that downgrading BIOS poses risks. Your insights are appreciated.

I own a NUC6i5SYK and recently updated the BIOS to version [redacted] while preparing to install an operating system. However, I discovered that this BIOS version is marked as "no longer valid" on Intel's download page with a recommendation to use version [redacted] instead. I'm concerned about potentially problematic issues with downgrading the BIOS.
I'm seeking advice on whether it is safe to continue using the NUC with BIOS version [redacted] or if I should downgrade to version [redacted]. If downgrading is necessary, I'm looking for the safest and best way to do so without causing damage to the computer.
I'm also considering whether it's best to wait for a more recent BIOS update before proceeding with the operating system installation. Given the discussion about the M.2 SSD slot being turned off by default in BIOS [redacted], caution is crucial, and I appreciate any guidance on the best course of action.

I have already reported my issue. Ed the robot followed up to check if the problem was resolved, but I received no help during the initial contact. Typically, assistance should be provided before confirming if the issue was fixed. Despite informing them that it wasn't resolved, I did not receive any further assistance. Disappointing service by Intel. The assurance of wanting to assist in resolving the customer service issue is ironic given the lack of support provided. "Gethuman" service lacks professionalism by not providing a reference number for communication. Disappointing experience overall.

I am experiencing issues with my Intel Core i7-[redacted] processor. Approximately 3 months ago, my computer started having intermittent slowdowns while running games, software, and web pages. Initially, I suspected it was my GPU causing the problem, but after contacting Nvidia, they indicated it might be the GPU causing the lag and suggested checking the warranty. Unfortunately, the warranty had expired, prompting me to upgrade my motherboard and graphics card. Despite not having received the new components yet, I ran a CPU-Z benchmark test today. I noticed that at times, my CPU is stuck at 0.78 GHz with a max usage of 23%. When it's not stuck, it reaches 3.8 GHz. During gaming, the CPU usage fluctuates between 50%-70%, causing the GPU usage to spike from 50% to [redacted]%. I suspect the processor might be the underlying issue, especially since the FPO number indicates it's still under warranty until October [redacted]. I seek advice on whether the problem lies with the CPU, GPU, or motherboard, and if it's the CPU, where should I go for a replacement—Intel or the store where I purchased it? Your prompt response is appreciated.

Recently, a Lenovo technician installed a new motherboard in my computer and also added an Intel Optane memory chip. Everything was working well until issues arose with the new motherboard. Lenovo will send a technician to install another one. I am unsure how to transfer the Optane chip from the old motherboard to the new one. I have looked for instructions online but have not found any helpful information. I know I need to disable it, but I am uncertain about what to do next. Can anyone provide detailed guidance on how to transfer the Optane chip to the new motherboard? Thank you for your help.

I own a Hewlett-Packard computer, specifically the HP Compaq dc5700 microtower model. It's 64-bit based and has an Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU [redacted] @1.86GHz, with [redacted] Mhz, 2 Cores, and 2 Logical Processors. Recently, I downloaded a DNC program for CNC machining, but when I opened it, the graph section displayed as a black screen. The support team advised me to uninstall and reinstall the graphics driver, which was the Intel Q965/Q963 Express Chipset Family. However, I can't find the driver on the website for reinstallation. It seems like it may be discontinued. I really need help getting this driver installed. Let me know if you require any additional information.

I reached out to the Intel office building in my area and encountered a hostile representative. I have significant concerns about the individual I spoke with, the building itself, and the excessive amount of light being cast onto nearby houses and land, affecting the environment. I am well-versed in laws governing light trespass and pollution. I am seeking assistance from someone who can address these issues.

I have a patented technology related to cloud-based gaming that involves communication between devices and servers, incorporating features like facial recognition and binary authorization. I began working on this in [redacted] and developed software around it. However, some companies like Apple and Google have infringed upon it, and my multiplayer platform has been taken temporarily. I believe with the right assistance, this technology could revolutionize gaming. I am confident that I can make a significant contribution in this area. Thank you, Brad Baker.

I am Jarred Day Nuzum, a member of the Intel family, and I am facing an issue regarding my hologram light processor royalties. It appears that someone other than myself has been receiving the royalties meant for me. I suspect that my father, Lonnie Nuzum, and his friend, Tony Smith, are involved in this situation. Tony Smith's wife works for the post office, and it seems they have intercepted my earnings, royalties, and payments. This has caused a significant impact on my life, leading to financial struggles and potential dangers. I recently discovered unauthorized usage of my Intel merchant card for purchases without my consent. It has put me in a precarious situation, and I am seeking resolution by speaking with Intel executives to address this issue and take legal action against those responsible for these fraudulent activities. I plan to visit Intel headquarters in Santa Clara, CA, and I expect to be treated with fairness and respect during this process.

I've owned the Intel NUC10i7FNH computer for less than a year, and it has unexpectedly shut down around 4 to 5 times. Upon restart, I receive a message stating it shut down due to an overheating issue. Surprisingly, these shutdowns occur when the computer is idle rather than during use for email, web browsing, or typical home tasks. The fan appears operational, ranging from silent to audible, and the computer is placed on a shelf with no obstructions to the vents. My household temperature ranges from 68 to 78 degrees, so overheating seems unlikely. I'm unsure why this is happening, but I wanted to address it to prevent potential future issues. Despite this concern, we are pleased with the computer's performance.

Hello, I own an Intel Core i7-[redacted] and have encountered a peculiar issue. While the CPU functions properly during regular operation, any video played through any application becomes distorted and garbled. I have performed various troubleshooting steps, such as reinstalling the operating system, upgrading RAM, using a different graphics card, and even installing a new motherboard. Surprisingly, only by substituting the i7 with an Intel Core i5-5500k, the problem is resolved. There are no visible physical damages or debris on the i7. Could you please offer any suggestions or assistance to address this perplexing issue?

Hello,
I am 78 years old and recently purchased a RealSense Depth Camera D415 from Amazon. I received the item on Saturday, January 30, [redacted]. I noticed before ordering that the camera can be used indoors and outdoors.
I have a desktop HP computer for indoor use, so that should not be a problem. However, I am unsure how to make it work outdoors as I only have a mobile phone and nothing else. I am visually impaired, so using a computer can be challenging for me. I could not find the user manual in French either.
I would appreciate a phone call, preferably around 2 p.m., at [redacted]. Please email me your phone number before calling as I do not answer calls from unknown numbers.
It is urgent for me to know if the camera can be used outdoors or if I need additional equipment since I only have a monthly pension of [redacted] euros. I plan to use the camera to capture people and then print them with my [redacted]-market bot crab printer.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
M.A.

Hello,
I am in the process of choosing a new monitor and have a query regarding its compatibility with my Intel processor. I want to ensure that the monitor will support its full native resolution of 2560x1440 before making a purchase and possibly facing a return. I am wondering if the monitor I have in mind can display at this resolution with the following setup:
- Intel i5-[redacted] running at 3.2 GHz with HD [redacted] integrated graphics
- Gigabyte GA-B150M-DS3H motherboard with an HDMI port (no DisplayPort)
The monitor I am interested in is the Asus ProArt PA278QV, primarily for photo editing and internet use, without any gaming requirements. I understand the monitor comes with an HDMI cable, and although it lacks a DisplayPort cable, I presume I can achieve the full resolution. I just want to confirm that the integrated graphics will support this resolution before proceeding.
Thank you for your help.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I recently purchased a Jumper EZBook S15 this week and am now attempting to install a software package. Unfortunately, the installation is being canceled as the software requires a minimum CPU capacity of 2 GHz (Intel Celeron NP3350). This notebook can support a CPU performance of 2.4 GHz with "Intel Turbo Boost" enabled in the UEFI system. Regrettably, I am unable to locate an entry in the UEFI system that references this function. Could you please advise me on where I can adjust the settings for the CPU performance?
Thank you in advance.
Best regards,
Christine Veit

As a lifelong Ohio resident and Intel shareholder, I urge you to convey to Mike DeWine and his fellow legislators that your partnership with Ohio may be at risk unless they reconsider their actions. It is crucial to remind them that Ohio and the United States are not meant to be religious states, unlike countries like Turkey. History shows us how easily a secular society can regress when religious influence takes over. By embracing diversity and recognizing the importance of bright minds like Alan Turing, we can avoid such setbacks. Your team, including those at the Licking County site, should continue to uphold these values. Thank you for considering this viewpoint.
Best regards,

I have been using Intel products for nearly 30 years in both business and personal settings. I enjoy serving the public by offering items at affordable prices, often for free, to provide assistance to those who may not otherwise be able to afford them. While some have complained that this practice negatively impacts other businesses, I believe it is a valuable way to make a living while genuinely helping others.

My spouse bought a laptop kit using the Intel Employee Purchase Program. Unfortunately, the kit we got is faulty. He gave Intel Employee Purchase Program all the necessary details for the warranty return. They claimed to have mailed a return label, but we never received it. As a result, he had to open a new customer service ticket and has been getting the runaround ever since. We have been attempting to reach them for a whole year now.
