The remaining items are still in progress. I am feeling frustrated because it seems that the store is advertising products that it does not have available. This situation is not only inconvenient but also reflects negatively on the service provided. Consequently, I will now need to shop in person at a different grocery store that is not one of the affiliated partner stores. It is disappointing to have to spend extra time and effort placing an order only to face this issue. It seems that this is a recurring problem as it happens frequently with my orders on Instacart. Please, I need assistance with my account. Today, I had an order, and the customer asked to add more items. I agreed and asked for a picture or text. The customer kept stalling and requested my number, which I provided. However, the order was then canceled. Shortly after, I received a call from someone claiming to be from Instacart, asking about the canceled order. They sent me a code and asked for it, which I shared. They mentioned calling back to resolve the issue. After the call, I was logged out of my account, and someone changed my bank card information, cashing out twice. It seems my account has been hacked. I tried contacting Instacart, and they advised waiting 12 to 24 hours. I desperately need help regaining access to my account and getting my hard-earned money back. Please assist me in resolving this issue promptly.

I recently made a purchase through FredMeyer, but my order was fulfilled by Safeway. Apparently, there was an issue with the barcode, so the shopper had to use their own card to pay for my order. Despite receiving a copy of the receipt indicating a total of $[redacted].37, my bank statement shows a pending charge of $[redacted].39 to Fred Meyer. The items received were also incorrect. This discrepancy has left me feeling confused. I would appreciate it if someone could look into this matter and provide me with assistance. Thank you.

I had a frustrating experience yesterday while trying to place an order at Sprouts. It took me five hours to register, only to find out that the delivery could take up to five more hours. After placing the order, I was informed that no appointments were available, which was not disclosed beforehand. Additionally, there was an issue with the store location displayed on the screen, adding to my already stressful situation. Contacting Instacart for help only added to the difficulties I faced. I am disappointed with the lack of customer service and the security concerns I encountered on the website. At this point, I just want my account canceled and am not interested in pursuing a full membership. The whole ordeal has left me dissatisfied and I prefer to no longer engage with Instacart.

I had a very unpleasant experience with an Instacart shopper in my store. He was rude and demanded assistance with every item on his list, ignoring other customers and causing a scene by yelling. After checking out, he called back and made threatening remarks. I would like to prevent this shopper from returning to our store. My brother wasted 45 minutes driving to the store and back because they couldn't find my order, despite me showing them the confirmation. Customer service promised to reschedule my pick up, gave me a free month of premium service, and guaranteed no extra charges. The next day, my brother, spending a lot on gas, was told the order wasn't paid for, making him drive back without my groceries. This back-and-forth wasted his time and money. This mistake may seem small to the company but for struggling people, it adds up. $[redacted] was taken from my card, but I got nothing in return.

I am disappointed with my shopper's service. She only sent me text messages about replacing items with incorrect information regarding the substitutions. Even though I tried to clarify, she did not reply. The lunchmeat I requested was replaced with the same expiring kind, and the keto cookie I wanted was substituted with chips ahoy cookies. Moreover, chicken tenders were swapped with chicken legs, which we do not eat. Not receiving any responses from the shopper was frustrating, especially since previous shoppers have been more communicative.

My account was deactivated due to a high cancellation rate. However, my cancellations were a result of technical issues with the app. During the app transition phase, it would frequently freeze, making it difficult for me to check in at stores and causing batches to be removed while I was present. I often had to wait for long periods in store parking lots contacting Shopper Support to resolve the freeze issues. Despite assurances from support that my cancellation rate wouldn't be affected, it continued to rise, leading to my account deactivation. I always strive to complete the batches I accept and have received positive feedback from customers. I enjoy working with Instacart, supporting customers, especially during these challenging times. I kindly request assistance in reinstating my account so I can continue helping people and providing reliable service.

I received a notice about a problem on Thursday, and the app system notified me on Friday. The zoning is now auto-zoning based on location. On Thursday, I noticed only two orders online all day, indicating an issue. I couldn't reach customer service, but the problem is resolved now. However, I missed out on Thursday's earnings, which is disappointing. I'd appreciate if the missed average of $75 could be added to my weekly total. On two occasions, I received messages from a shopper named "Alessandro" after my groceries had already been shopped for by someone else. Despite explaining this, Alessandro claimed he would deliver them. However, both times, a female delivered the groceries, not Alessandro. Following the second instance, Alessandro requested a 5-star review, which I did not provide. A friend who previously worked at Instacart mentioned that this situation seems concerning as once a shopper is assigned, others should not be contacting me. Is it possible that this individual compromised the system?

I have been unable to access my account for a few days now. Sadly, it seems like an Instacart Express free trial was automatically charged $99 to my account without my consent. While attempting to log in to cancel the service, I encountered issues with my email address, preventing me from accessing the account to make changes.

After a frustrating 20 minutes, I decided to cancel my order due to Instacart's perceived lack of customer care.

I am seeking a resolution as I have interacted with numerous Instacare support agents who are not providing clear answers. Despite having a good track record, receiving one 4-star rating has significantly impacted my earnings. I have been striving to improve my ratings, and with 20 5-star ratings, maintaining a 4.74 average seems unfair. I dedicate long hours to this job, but my income has drastically decreased. Being advised to relocate to another area is not a viable solution, especially given the order volume at my current location. The classification of a 4.74 rating as "below average" is perplexing and hinders my access to orders. This practice is unjust, forcing workers to accept low-paying orders that require extensive travel. The discrepancy between feedback from support agents and the app's rating system is frustrating. During my recent order at Publix in Raleigh, North Carolina, I skipped the receipt picture prompt after checkout and accidentally marked the order as delivered. Despite contacting customer care promptly, my account was still deactivated. Stephanie, the customer, confirmed receipt of her order, which aligns with her complaint that it was missing initially. To verify my identity, I am willing to provide photos of my ID, birth certificate, and social security card under the name Carrie W. I have updated my email, phone number, and bank accounts post losing my phone. This situation has impacted my income, as a direct deposit due today could not go through because I had to change my bank account details. I was one batch away from earning $60 when my account got blocked. I've been working on batches all day, and suddenly it said I had been trying to log in too many times, which is not true. I had someone help me log in with my email instead of my phone number, and everything was fine. However, my two friends are still getting batches while I can't access any. When I contacted support, they mentioned a 24-hour block due to hacking. It's frustrating because I see reports about issues like this in the news, blogs, and media. I have recently noticed unauthorized charges on my account linked to your service, Instacart. I never signed up for this service, as I am located outside of the USA and have no use for it. I am troubled by the three separate charges and demand an immediate refund. It is crucial for me to understand how my information was obtained, as this violates several laws including the UK Data Protection Act and EU GDPR regulations. I am requesting refunds for the transactions valued at £7.28, £7.44, and £7.34, along with compensation for the inconvenience caused. If this matter is not resolved to my satisfaction within 30 days, I will pursue legal action and file complaints with the appropriate authorities in the US.

I recently placed a grocery order with Kroger using Instacart. Unfortunately, my experience with the Instacart shopper was extremely disappointing. Despite being a frequent user of the service, this particular employee fell short in many aspects. When I requested lemonade, she initially claimed they were out of stock and sent me a picture showing what was available. After further clarification and pointing out the desired item in the image, she still insisted they didn't have it. I even offered to get a different one, but she abruptly suggested canceling my order. Despite my clear instruction not to cancel, she proceeded to do so. This mishap forced me to seek an alternative solution, inconveniencing my schedule and requiring my husband to come home for a second delivery. This encounter with the Instacart employee named Marjon was truly unpleasant and left me frustrated with the service I usually rely on.
