Hello!
My name is Ivan. I am currently dealing with IngersollRand compressor equipment. The issue I am facing is as follows: the Optimizer monitor (block of compressor group control) went blank, but after rebooting, the interface briefly displayed for about 20 seconds before the screen turned off. We checked the power circuits and found a defect in the neon backlight of the touch panel, as well as a faulty touch panel. We disconnected the faulty light, connected a keyboard, and now the control is being done through the keyboard. After rebooting, the loading was normal. However, after a long period of standby, a communication error appeared on the Optimizer screen under the IEO tab stating "Lost communication with the air compressor," indicating the same error for each compressor tab from #1 to #7 - no connection with the compressors. Following the operator's manual, we verified the compressor is on, the cable connections are correct, but to check the compressor connections with IEO settings, we need an administrator password (which we don't have). Given the situation, my question is: do you have an administrator password or any possible solutions to this issue? Thank you in advance for your prompt assistance on this matter!
