Subject: Issues with Suit Purchase Hello, I recently received the suit I ordered from your store. Regrettably, I have encountered two significant problems with the suit. Firstly, the cuffs are too short, and considering the functioning buttons, the adjustments may be challenging and costly, estimated at around $[redacted] to $[redacted]. Secondly, there is a noticeable collar roll, possibly due to the suit's shoulders not being broad enough for me. Rectifying this issue could cost approximately $[redacted]. I have attached photos displaying the mentioned problems for your reference. I am reaching out to discuss how we can address these issues. Considering the potential tailor fees, they are approaching the value of the suit itself. If we cannot find a resolution to ensure the proper fit of the suit, I may need to request a full refund. Hello Indochino Support, I'm Wendell Felder, and I've placed an order for 3 suits with order number [redacted]9. I would like to include two rounded eight-button vests for the Sheringham Windowpane Blue Suit and the Sheringham Windowpane Blue Suit. Could you please advise on how I can proceed with payment for the vests as I omitted them from my original purchase unintentionally? Thank you.
